CERTAIN REPAIR AND CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE AND MANHOLES AND SEPTIC TANK AND VALVE CHAMBERS AND DRAINS ETC AT SECTOR C UNDER GE (A) BARODA

Amount

Excavation in trenches, not exc. 1.5 m wide and n exc. 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exc. 1.5m in depth for shaft, manholes, piar holes etc. and getting out in of soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, n exc. 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m and not exc. 3m in depth in depth for foundation etc or not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and exc 1.5 m and not exc. 3m in depth,for shaft, manholes, pier holes etc. and getting out in of soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm each complete.

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point complete.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes(SGSW,AC or RCC)including bed concrete complete for following bores of pipe:-

150 mm bore

200 mm bore

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes 160 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete.

M&L for Concrete bed to drain pipes 200 mm bore including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 150mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed as specified complete.

M&L for salt glazed stone ware drain pipes 200mm bore, grade 'A' laid in trenches and jointed as specified complete.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius,built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius,built in CM 1:6. but except brick. (Note:- Reusable bricks retrieved from item No 12 above shall be reused after necessary cleaning all as directed by Engr- in- Charge)

Cutting in to existing manholes for connecting new drains for 150/200mm dia pipe and making good to pipe and rendering and cut out existing benching for and forming branchchannel (1/2 round or 3/4 section ) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for150/200mm internal dia of pipe.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and paving n.exc 15cm thick below or above ground level

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete for manholes.

M & L for plain cement concrete type 1:2:4 B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels, drains and coping etc with necessary form work complete as required & directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls ceiling etc including raking out joints, hacking for key and scurubbing down with water etc.complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on brick work or on concrete surface, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete.

S&F in repairs precast reinforced cement concrete drain covers,factory made in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with and including required reinforcement 8mm dia TMT bar @ 150 c/c spacing both ways and handles 2 Nos each cover made of 12mm dia MS round bar, set in cement mortar 1:6 complete, thickness and sizes of covers shall be as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning of existing septic tank / sump /soakage well by pumping water / sludge with suitable pump or by any means (super sucker) and removal of sludge out side MD land complete.

Cleaning / desilting of manholes and sewage line up to 150mm dia by roding, useing mechanically pressure jet pump and subsequently by bamboo split tied with rope through the pipe from manhole to manhole and cleaning the pipe line for easy flow of sewage including getting out solid / liquid material from manhole of any size and ant depth including taking up and refixing of manholes cover and removal of sewage out of MD land (length of sewage line will be measured including manholes) complete.

Cleaning / desilting of manholes and sewage line exc.150 mm dia but not exc.200mm dia by roding, useing mechanically pressure jet pumpetc. and subsequently by bamboo split tied with rope through the pipe from manhole to manhole and cleaning the pipe line for easy flow of sewage including getting out solid / liquid material from manhole of any size and ant depth including taking up and refixing of manholes cover and removal of sewage out of MD land (length of sewage line will be measured including manholes) complete.

M&L for removal of greatings/gully trap covers, ovel access doors, clearing blockage of WC & Bath rooms and refixing the same to its original position after cleaning of blockage complete.
