S&F and testing of energy efficient LED street light fitting of 72 watt pole mounting comprising a diecast aluminium houing with heat resistant toughened glass with frame IP 66 protection complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Bracket for mounting street light fittings made out of light grade 40mm GI pipe and have angle of 120 degree incl fixing arrangement complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F FRP junction box for street light central with linked door control incl 6 amp MCB SP with aluminium bus bar-04 nos of 100 amp cap for controling street light complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix single core PVC insulated FR cable with multi stranded copper conductor 1.5 sq mm cross sectional area 3 core ,1100 volts grade all as specified and as directed. (Note-3 core 1.5 sqmm wire run through 25 mm pvc pipes with suitable clamp and nut bolts.)

S& F of automatic street light switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of natural light .the sensor (nature switch ) along with suitable power contractor ,MCB and support terminals should be enclosed in pole/wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof and FR Grade SMC junction box (sintex make) conforming to IP -54.The contractor,MCB and copper ckt should suitable enough to take 3 phase load of 5 KW ,contractor rating 25-32 Amp per phase ,MCB SP rating of 32 Amps (03 Nos).

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS & BULBS (For item No. 12.00 & 17.00) : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 Mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 Mtr in depth in hard/dense soil/rockey area and getting out complete all as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and beyond the 1.5 mtr length for laying of cable / foundation of pole/struts and stay in hard/dense soil/Rockey area.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L sand cushioning / filling for underground cable protection, filling under floors ,consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L stone Slab 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed jodhpur stone patties/ slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 30 CM wide and thickness not less than 50 mm in length lay dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation of poles etc filling and mess concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation of poles etc filling and mess concrete complete all as specified.

M&L for painting to steel tubular swahed pole of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black/blue and white strips 30 cm each upto 1.50 metre height from top of PCC coping/pedestal marking pole numbers in letters & figures of size not less than 10cm height complete all as specified & as directed.
