Copy of the ownership / establishment certificate for proprietary firms, partnership deed in respect of partnership firm/Registration Certificate in case of a company

Copy of PAN card and/or Tin No/GST

If Bidder is an Income Tax payer, last two financial year Income Tax returns shall be submitted

No Due Certificate from the Deputy Director / Senior Geologist of the concerned District where the block is put for auction

An Affidavit for the contents as specified in clause 5.1 of the tender document

Police Verification Certificate from Police Department.
