3 MT PUF BODY
Design, fabrication at work shop, supply to site, transportation, loading/ unloading, erection/ bolting/ welding and painting of Pre Engineered Building as per relevent codes for the boiler house at Milma Malappuram Dairy site comprising rigid portal frames, roof trusses, gable columns & frames, roofing & wall cladding sheets in coloured galvalume sheets, tie member, sag rods, purlins, rafter & column bracings, cladding frames, rain water gutter and down take pipes, holding down bolts, base plates, painting, fasteners, sealer, closure, flasing & trim, sealer, ridge caps etc as per approved design and drawing using built-up sections, hot rolled sections, cold formed sections of approved makes complete as per terms & conditions, scope and technical specifications mentioned in the tender document. (Plinth area shall be measured for payment) This item excludes canopy, tubo ventilator, sky light sheet, fixed glass window, rolling shutter, galvalume louvers.)
Design, fabrication at work shop, supply to site, transportation, loading/ unloading, erection/ bolting /welding and painting of Pre Engineered Canopy as per relevent codes for the boiler house at Milma Malappuram Dairy site comprising primary and secondary steel members, connections, roofing sheets in coloured galvalume sheets, sag rods, purlins, rain water gutter and down take pipes, holding down bolts, base plates, gable trim, painting, fasteners, sealer, closure, flasing & trim, sealer etc as per approved design and drawing using built-up sections, hot rolled sections, cold formed sections of approved makes complete as per terms & conditions, scope and technical specifications mentioned in the tender document. (Plan area of the canopy shall be measured for payment)
Providing and fixing matching colour Z shaped Galvalume louvers having minimum thickness of 0.5mm including necessory frame work. Louvers shall be properly fixed to the frame work such that rain water shall not enter in to the building but proper air ventilation should be available. The spacing between the vertical frames shall not exceed 600mm. (Out to out area of the frame work shall be measured for payment.)
Providing and fixing of poly carbonate sky light sheets as per term & conditions, scope and technical specifications mentioned in the tender docment.
Providing and fixing fixed glass window as per term & conditions, scope and technical specifications mentioned in the tender docment. (Out to out area of the frame work shall be measured for payment.)
Providing and fixing of rolling shutter as per term & conditions, scope and technical specifications mentioned in the tender docment.
Providing and fixing turbo ventilator as per term & conditions, scope and technical specifications mentioned in the tender docment.
Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying two coat steel primer and two coat synthetic enamel of approved make all complete.
