Supplying & laying XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 400 sq. mm 3½ core on cable or inside gallery cable support structure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, connect, test and commissioning factory made, dust/vermin, weather proof self ventilated, with front and rear side opening, hinged door for front & rear with double door shutter system locable by suitable sizes of SS aldrops LT feeder pillar box of size 2m (L) X1m(W) & 1.6m(H) with and including accessories mention here in after. The Feeder box shall be fabricated vertically by using 50mmx50mmx6 mm thick angle iron section at all edges of the cuboid for frame work & base with ISMC 75mm X40 mm and each member shall be fixed with other by suitable sizes stainless steel nuts, bolts washer as per site requirement. The body (i.e. top, bottom & sides) and the front & rear doors shall be made with 3.00 mm thick MS CRCA sheets & to be fixed with frame work only by suitable sizes of SS nuts, bolts & washer. All the external surface shall be coated with1 mm thick FRP coating all over the external surfaces.The bus bar cover & partitions shall be made with 3 mm thick MS CRCA sheet & frame work inside the Feeder Piller for fixing the accessories shall be made with 50mmx50mmx6 mm thick angle iron section and all the internal surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. The feeder box shall be fixed on floor of Gallery by means of Anchor fastener using chemical grouting materials as per site requirement. All internal wiring for meters shall be with PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded FRLS copper conductor cable, 1100 volts grade.1.5 sq mm size The feeder box shall have the provision of following accessories:-

(a) 3 ph+ 1N Copper busbar of equall sizes of capacity not less than 3750 Amp for incoming switch gear -01 Set (b) 3 ph+1N Copper busbar of equall sizes of capacity capacity not less than 3750 Amp for outgoing switchgears -01 Set. (c) 3 ph+1N Copper busbar of equall sizes of capacity capacity not less than 2000 Amp for outgoing switchgears -01 Set. (d) Digital ammeter CT operated to read 0-2500 Amp for incoming & outgoing -02 Sets. (e) Digital ammeter CT operated to read 0-1250 Amp for outgoing -01 Set. (f) Digital voltmeter to read 0-440V for incoming -01 Set. (g) LED indication lamps for RYB for incoming and outgoing indication.(Red,yellow & blue coloured) -03 Sets. Note : (i) Unit rate quoted include for necessary grouting / chipping of concrete and Anchor fastners and providing necessary PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone agreegate for foundation to fix the LT Piller Box. (ii) Cost of digital ammeter, voltmeter, LED lamps, CTs, and MCBs ACBs are included in the quoted rate. (iii) Only Copper busbars with PVC sleeves shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item in this schedule as 'Supply only' (vi) Insulator of suitable size and capacity for fixing the bus bar is included in the quoted rate of this item. The body (i.e. top, bottom & sides) and the front & rear doors shall be made with 3.00 mm thick MS CRCA sheets & to be fixed with frame work only by suitable sizes of SS nuts, bolts & washer. All the external surface shall be coated with 1 mm thick FRP coating all over the external surfaces. .Frame work inside the Junction box for fixing the bus bar shall be made with 50mmx50mmx6 mm thick angle iron section and all the internal surfaces shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. TheJunction box shall be fixed on floor of Gallery by means of Anchor fastener using chemical grouting materials as per site requirement. The Junction box shall have the provision of following accessories:-

(a) 3 ph+ 1N Copper busbar of equall sizes of capacity not less than 3750 Amp for incoming switch gear -01 Set NotE;- (i) Copper busbars with PVC sleeves shall be measured and paid seperately under respective item in this schedule as 'Supply only' (ii) Insulator of suitable size and capacity for fixing the bus bar is included in the quoted rate of this item.

Supply only Electrolytic copper bus bar links with colour codeed PVC sleeves of rating 200 A to 3750 A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 as in framed brackets made of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw / or bolts including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc. for cable support and fixing the bracket with RCC wall including necessary drilling the wall for anchoring the bolts and grouting the bolts with chemical grout complete all as specified and directed Note:-1. Cable support drawing shall be submitted by contractor for approved by Engr-in-Charge before execuation the work. 2. Cost of nuts, bolts, chemical grouting and drilling of RCC work is included in quoted rate.3. Only weight of MS section & nuts, bolts & washer shall be considered for payment.

M&L preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description n. exc. 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L earthing with GI pipe electrode, 40 mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 mtr long buried directly and vertically in ground with top edge at ground level after making manual bore hole of size not less than 300 mm dia and 2.65 mtrs long near the specified area, connected with galvanised steel strip earthing lead of size 32 x 6mm all as shown in plate No-2, connected to the earthing test point, including pre cast reinforced concrete pit size 450mm X450 mmX 300mm depth (outer dimension) 40 mm wall thickness in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @15 cm C/C both direction all round the box, pre-cast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover slab of size 450X450X50 mm, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @15 cm C/C both direction and 10mm MS handle of suitable size, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers, necessary earth work in soft/loose soil, all as shown in Electrical Plate No 2 of MES Schedule Part-I and testing to acheive earth resistance value as per IS specifications on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
