PERIODICAL SERVICES TO CERTAIN BUILDINGS (EXTERNAL CAMOUFLAGE) IN TECHNICAL AREA AND REPAIR TO FOOT PATH, HARDSTANDING, CHEQUERED/INTERLOCKING TILES AND OTHER MISC WORKS IN VARIOUS LOCATIONS IN DOMESTIC AREA AT AFS TEZPUR UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR.

Amount

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floors and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons etc.,laid,bedded and pointed in any mortar,complete all as directed.

Materials and Labour for,sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,broken stone or boulder hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc.15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 40 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in sub base in floor/paving/ hardstanding,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub base in floor/paving/ hardstanding,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for,chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and no pigments,20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6),complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Machine Pressed Precast Concrete Interlocking Paver Block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment, laid on pavements, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for rendering 15 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in walls,and including taking down existing cement plaster from brick or concrete surfaces of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.,complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for washing, rubbing down and stopping of old painted surfaces and applying one coat of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm,on walls, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparing new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm,on walls, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:-(Applicable for Serial Item No.10 &11) (i) Painting shall be done in camouflage pattern as per existing shade(s) and pattern(s). (ii) Preparation of surface shall be done with jet washer and sander machine as per paint manufacturer's reccommendations. (iii) Application of paint shall be done with spraying machine as per paint manufacturer's reccommendations. (iv) The Contractor shall furnish guarantee for the exterior acrylic emulsion paint and shall be responsible for effectiveness of the UV Resistance, Alkali & Fungal Resistance and Dirt Resistance of the painted areas during the guarantee period.
