Returning filling, in including spreading ,leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipe, ISI marked of outer dia 50mm, inner dia 38mm with smooth internal and profiled external surface, non-pressure type, laid in trenches/floors/duct or fixed on walls /pole including all connections, accessories like socket, couplers, bends, etc for protection of LT cable XLPE grade 1100 volts complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no-5 above but of size outer dia 77 mm and inner dia 63 mm complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item no-5 above but of size outer dia 120 mm and inner dia 103 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for servicing, repairing and welding to out door LT Panel / LT Feeder Piller box by (i) Cleaning with blower, (ii) Cleaning with CTC/Petrol (iii) Replacement of damaged copper/aluminium lugs (iv) Replacement of deteriorated copper wiring with existing sizes of cable (v) Cleaning and tightening of MCCB terminals (vi) Replacement and fixing of sheared rubber beadings (vii) Rectifying of loose connections of incoming and outgoing cables (viii) Painting two coat of smoke gray colour over one coat of primer and black paint on base channel after rubing with emery paper and making smooth finishes by using spray machine inclusive of writing SM / MES No / name of feeders etc. (not exceeding of height 5 cm each) (ix) Providing of door locking arrangement with of sliding bolts on panel door (x) Proper welding of Panel door/roof as required (xi) Connecting / cleaning of earth wire /earth strip (x) Two coat of white distemper on foundation.

S&F Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 20x15cm size complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 but of size HT, 25x20cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, undergrowth, roots and trees up to 50 cm girth from the area surrounding of E/M installations, 4/2 pole structures, transformer, installations, yards, surrounding valve chamers and removing the rubbish upto a distance 50 mtr outside the periphery of the area under clearance and dressing the area etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and erecting cast iron cable indicator plate of 150 mm dia 6 mm thick bolted to 40 mm x 40 mm x 4 mm angle iron grouted in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 concrete block of size 150 mm x 150 mm x 300 mm deep including two coats of aluminium paint on metal work over a coat of red oxide primer burried along with route of cable complete all as directed.

Supplying and laying synthetic Rubber insulated mats 2 mm thick for voltage upto 11 kv for electrical purpose suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m. Complete all as specified and directed

M&L in repalcement of existing any type or any size aluminium conductor, steel reinforced including binding wire and jumper connect with PG clamp made out of aluminium alloy complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for laying of existing cable , of any size aluminimum armoured type from existing overhead complete all as directed.

Taking down old rusted galvanized iron pipe including supply & Fix galvanized pipe 100 mm bore light grade in trenches / road / nallah or fixed along wall/ pole including mild steel clamps, screws etc, complete all as specified and directed.
