Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete.

62 mm thick cement concrete flooring with concrete hardener topping, under layer 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and top layer 12 mm thick cement hardener consisting of mix 1:2 (1 cement hardener mix : 2 graded stone aggregate, 6 mm nominal size) by volume, hardening compound mixed @ 2 litre per 50 kg of cement or as per manufacture’s specifications. This includes cost of cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete.

Painting road surface marking with adequate nos of coats to give uniform finish with ready mixed road marking paint conforming to IS : 164, on bituminous surface in white/yellow shade, including cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete. New work (Two or more coats).

Brick edging in full brick width and half brick depth including excavation, refilling and disposal of surplus earth lead upto 50 metres.With common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5.

By Mix in Place Method Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401. For Grading II Material.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site i/c royalty and carriage up to 1 km (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking sludge at site including royalty and carriage up to 1 km (sludge measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage up to 1 km (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) : Screened through sieve of I.S. designation 20 mm.

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.
