Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 304 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material .The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:4:8 (One Cement is to four coarse sand is to eight crushed graded stone aggregate) 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement is to three sand is to six crushed graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size including cost of centring and shuttering in Foundations and plinth as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete hume pipe NP2 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (One Cement is to two Sand) including cost of excavation, protection work, back filling,testing of joints ,concrete and masonary work in head walls and parapet as per MORD Technical Specification 2014 Clause 1108. 900mm dia ( Nine hundred millimetre) dia including entire carriage of materials , within all leads and lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana toll tax, Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundered milimeter ) dia PVC pipe of working pressure not less than 4kg/sqcm ( four kilogram per square centimeter) extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V) (one vertical) :20(H) ( twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification 2014 Clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7 . The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Back filling with granular material behind retaining walls, abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification 2014 Clause 1204.3.8 and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods and Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
