M & L for denting & painting of Almirah large steel both internally and externally with synthetic enameled paint of silver/ grey colour with spray gun after properly smoothening the steel surface with the help of Sand paper/ electric grinder,applying putty on dents and providing a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make of Paint:-Berger/Asian paint/Jonson and Nicholson Paints.

M&L for removing old unserviceable particle board from head board and foot board of Bed hard (MAP) and S&F new 18mm thick boath side laminated particle board exterior grade of size 640x200mm for head board & 640x310mm for foot board fixing with suitable steel screw and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge Make of plywood -CENTURYPLY/ACTION TESA/BHUTAN BOARD

M &L for preparation of steel surfaces by emery papers to Bed Hard (MAP) and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint black colour apporved make and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make of paint - Berger/Asian/Johnson

Supply and fixing in repair new legs made out with Ist class hard wood as per existing or as per Drg polishing with French polish (two or more coats) over a coat of wood filler after preparation of surface etc.all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

REPAIR OF CHARPOY GI PIPE FD-220

Removing old unserviceable nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and S & F 12mm thick BWR Gde plywood commercial type of size 1980x900mm to charpoy GI pipe frame by providing 03 Nos of flat Iron at equal distance size 40mm wide X 6mm thick and length shall be provided by existing charpoy GI and flat Iron shall be fixedt tightly to Chapoy GI with the help of suitable nut,bolt & washer of size 62-65 mm & 6 mm dia by drilling holes into GI Pipe alongwith any welding if required . The plywood shall be fixed on the charpoy by drilling 16 Nos holes (03 Nos on each long rail, 2 Nos on each Short rail & 2 nos on each iron flat) & fixing with nut bolt along with suitable washers of size 62-65mm and 6mm thick and all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for removing unserviceable three way elbow 32 mm dia and S & F new three way elbow 32 mm dia medium grade (ISI marked) and all as shown on drg.

M&L for removing unserviceable check nuts of 32 mm dia and S & F new check nuts 32mm dia 6mm thick of best quality and all as shown on drg.

M&L for removing the threadless/broken long rails from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia and supply and fix new long rail made of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade 1.88 mtr long threaded at both ends and fix to existing three way elbow 32 mm dia and all as shown on drg.

Taking out existing old broken short rail from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing in 2 Nos short rails made out of old broken long rails obtained from taking down above item No. 7.04 including threading on both ends complete fixing all as specified and shown on drg. Note: U/s check nuts to be replaced in above items & measured and paid as supply only under relevent items.

Taking out existing old broken legs from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing in 1 Nos new legs in position made out of old broken short rails obtained from taking down above item No. 7.05 and S&F 3mm thick 40mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg and including threading on top portion end complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for removing the old unserviceable Nylon Newar from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia and Supply & reweaving with white colour new nylon newar 50 to 55mm wide closely double knitted and complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. (Weight of nylon newar shall not be less than 1.50 Kgs per charpoy).

M & L Welding to the dislocated iron flats of charpoy GI pipe earlier converted to Plywood top to the long / short rails

M & L removing old unserviceable plywood /MDF board top from the Charpoy GI pipe and S & F with new 12mm thick BWR Gde plywood commercial type of size 1980x900mm and all as directed.

CHAIR COMPUTER, CHAIR REVOLVING, EXECUTIVE (HIGH)/LOW BACK), CHAIR REVOLVING WITH & W/O ARMS TP (Make & Model No-GODREJ/DELITE HI-TECH/GEEKEN/DURIAN, FD/E6/MAP/01)

Removing UNSV & S & F new seat & back made out of 12mm thick hot pressed plywood duly upholstered with fabric & moulded polyurethane foam and the back foam shall be designed with contour lumber support with PVC lipping all around. The cushions shall be of 40 density, 75mm thick for seat & 50mm thick for back alongwith the fabric of approved quality & colour complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F castor wheels heavy duty as per the approved sample complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F new handrest matching with existing all in shape,size,material & quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F new pedestal assembly matching with existing all in shape,size & quality complete all as specified and directed.

Removing UNSV & S & F new synchro tilting mechanism complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for servicing the gas lift mechanism for making the seat adjustment functional.complete all as specified and directed.

Repair of Chair CB Steel with Arms : FD-75(M)

M & L for removing unserviceable seat from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new seat made out of 2nd class hard wood and canned with 2mm to 2.50mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide 0.6mm thick plastic cane for all round the border including black polishing to the wooden frame and fixing to the same with 4 Nos GI Nut and bolts of size 3/16"X3" long with two washers on either side of the seat, and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing unserviceable back from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new back made out of 2nd class hard wood and canned with 2mm to 2.5mm wide and 0.4mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide 0.6mm thick plastic cane for all round the border including black polishing to the wooden frame and fixing to the same with 4 Nos GI Nut and bolts of size 3/16"X3" long with two washers on either side of the back, and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for removing unserviceable/broken arms from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new arms made out of first class teak wood and handle shall be black polished and fixed to the chairs CB steel with arms with suitable wooden screws, and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces by emery paper to Chair CB steel with arms and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green/smoke gray shade approved quality over a coat of red oxide primer and all as shown on Drg. And as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR OF CHAIR VARANDAH :-FD/E6/MAP/12

M & L for removing old unsv plastic sheet seat & back of Chair Varandah and S & F new seat and back (Colour Black) best quality plastic sheet of approved Make Polimar , required welding work for broken frame and S & F 2 nos of 10mm iron rod for supporting for bottom of chair varandah equal distance and redusting and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint black colour over a coat of red oxide primer of approved make and providing suitable hard rubber shoes 4 Nos approved quality for each chair and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
