Quarterly Preventive, Non-comprehensive & Periodical maintenance/ Breakdown maintenance of Water cooled / Air cooled scroll chiller plant of following capacities/makes installed at various locations, checking serviceability of the parts of Microprocessor Based Control Panel such as microcontroller cards, sensors, relays, contactor, switches etc., compressor oil checking, checking of leakage of refrigerant piping etc. and descaling of condensor with suitable descaling chemical/serviceing of condensor fan motor of chiller plants complete all as specified & directed:- (a) Water cooled scroll chiller plant: (i) Capacity : 3x52 TR / 3x50 TR; Location: Each at Darin-II & NGLGK; Make: Blue Star, Model No: XWC4S-052AR2 (ii) Capacity : 3x37.7 TR; Location: ATC; Make: Blue Star, Model No: XWC3S-039AR2 (iii) Capacity : 3x25 TR; Location: each at Base Ops, MCW, ESC Bay, Storage III WSA; Make: Blue Star, Model No: XWC2S-026AR2 (iv) Capacity : 3x25 TR; Location: Second line building; Make: Voltas, Model No: WCUDS-027DMN (v) Capacity : 3x12.5 TR; Location: Storage I & II; Make: Voltas, Model No: WCUDS-014DMN1X1 (b) Air cooled scroll chiller plant: (i) Capacity : 2x37.7 TR; Location: Jaguar Simulator; Make: Blue star Model No. XAC3S-036MA (ii) Capacity : 3x25 TR; Location: WWR Storage IV & V; Make: Blue star Model No. XAC2S-024MA

(vi) All the cleaning equipment i.e brush, cotton clothes, nuts, bolts of CI washers etc. as required of suitable sizes are included in quoted rates. (vii) Date wise record of stage passing register maintained when servicing of each unit of each plant alongwith consumable used in each unit to be maintained & kept duly signed by Contractor, JE & Engineer-in-charge. (viii) Any breakdown intimated shall be attended within 48 hours failing which contractor shall be liable for a penalty of Rs. 2000.00 for every 24 hours beyond initial 48hours. (ix) The maintenance shall run for the entire period of contract from the date of commencement of contract and during this period the smooth funcitoning of plant is responsibility of contractor. (x) If any defect/problem found in chillers during the Pre-inspection/handing over it will be rectified by contractor through OEM without any extra cost. (xi) Taking out/down of old unserviceable parts included in quoted rates. New Spare parts shall be measured & paid separetely. (xii) Refrigerant / gas charging will be measured and paid only once during pre-inspectioning of chiller units, thereafter cost of subsequent refrigerant / gas charge will be borne by contractor.

M&L pre-inspection of OEM for health check up of Chiller units installed at AF station and generating report of defects and submitting it to department for further preventive maintenance by OEM complete all as specified & directed. Notes: (i) The documentry evidence in r/o of each Chiller unit of request for visit of OEM, Vist report of OEM and Health check up & Defects report shall be kept on record duly signed by OEM, Contractor and Engineer-in-charge and Contractor shall hand over all these documents to Engineer-in-charge for payment purpose. (ii) Based on Health check up & Defects report of AC Plants, the BOQ Item No. 1.00 shall be executed.

M&L Micro-processor Based Controller for 2-4 compressor complete in all respect with slave / master controller etc. of Blue Star water cooled chiller plant with R-22/407C refrigerant based Scroll type of 25.1 TR - 52TR Capacity complete all as specified & directed. The job includes replacement of complete internal and outer micorcontroller cards and display to achieve following conditions as undermentioned:- (a) Micro-processor based controller panel mounted with LCD display key board hand set with cable and shall be as per following specifications (b) Local Mode: Start/Stop. (c) Equalization of Compressor Runtime. (d) Micro-processor Control should ensure equal run time of compressor. (e) Safety and Protection (f) Master controller with 2 relay outputs (230 volt AC) for compressor & alarm, 4 Digital input(12 volt DC) analog input for thermister. (g) Slave controller with 1 relay outputs (230 volt AC) for compressor and 4 Digital input(12 volt DC) (h) Additional Safety Features : Protects System from ►Freezing ►Low Pressure
