Penstock- Ultrasonic inspection of steel plates for pressure vessels (IS 2041 R 355 or equivalent grade) at place of delivery/ fabrication, prior to fabrication of plates including all expenses for testing arrangements, labour charges etc. complete as per specifications, approved drawings and as directed by departmental officers.

Penstock-Design, Supply and Fabrication of penstock pipes at erection site using steel plates for pressure vessels (IS 2041 R 355 or equivalent grade) , including cost of steel, electrodes, welding flux and accessories, carrying out stress relieving and all tests other than those for which separate items are included, shot/sand blasting and protective coating for inside two coats of Zinc rich primer and two coats of coal tar epoxy paint, for outside one coat of zinc rich primer followed by cement wash having a composition of cement, water and pottassium dichromate in 20:8:1 ratio first coat at workshop, insurance charges, all labour charges, transportation charges etc. complete as per specifications, approved drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.

Penstock-Erection and installation of pipes, flanges, bends, Y-piece, expanders, reducers etc. including conveyance to the haulage position over the substructure anchors, placing in position, assembling, welding, followed by second coat of cement wash having a composition of cement, water and pottassium dichromate in 20:8:1 ratio, etc. complete as per specifications and approved drawings including all labour charges, transportation charges, equipments, final protective coating, insurance charges etc. complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Design, Supply, Fabrication and Erection of rocker supports to the penstock using various size steel sections etc., straightening, cutting fabricating and hoisting including applying one coat of iron primer and painting with coaltar epoxy paint 2 coats, etc. complete. as per drawing and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply,fabrication and erection of spider supports to the penstock using various size steel sections etc. straightening, cutting, fabrication and welding in position including applying a coat of iron primer and removal of spiders and returned to KSEBL after completion of works as per drawing and as directed by the Department officers.

Design, fabrication supply ,erection and testing of structural steel works conforming to BIS specified steel members, chain pulley hoist electrically and manually operated (8Tonne or as per design) for lifting the draft tube gate with protection roof including all cost of steel structure, welding , nut, bolt,all accessories including cost of steel, all materials and conveyance, loading, unloading, storage and handling charges, painting with approved steel primer etc. complete as per specifications as directed by the Engineer in charge

Design, Supply, Fabrication and Erection of Gate using various size steel sections etc., straightening, cutting, fabricating and hoisting including applying one coat of iron primer and painting with epoxy paint 2 coats, etc. complete as per drawings and as directed by the departmental officers.
