Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand filling under floors/firing range pavement or in foundation including watering and consolidation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.. Note: This item has to be executed to any height of firing range.

Supply and laying saw dust in small firing range but with compacted thickness as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: This item has to be executed to any height of firing range.

M&L for Cleaning out of all the walls and floors of SWTs from the algae, vegetation including draining out of water and the like by suitable means and making good the disturbed surfaces where ever required including material and labour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for water proofing treatment to SWT Walls/Concrete floor as under :- (a) Making staging/scaffolding as per site requirement. ( b) Removing of loose concrete and existing plaster from the surface of SWTs. ( c) Chipping the entire surface to make roughen to receive the gunite. (d) fixing the additional reinforcement bars where the steel bars are rusted if reqd.. (e) Applying of 50mm thick average guniting with CM 1:3.5 (1 cement : 3.5 course) sand with mixing of water proofing epoxy compound. (f) Curing the gunited surface for 7 days and removing all the scaffolding etc complete.

Dismantling of plain or AC sheeting any guage , thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern from roof covering and wall Cladding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge...

S&F Pre painted galvalume aluminum zink coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge...

Excavation in post holes each not exceeding 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filing in and removing earth or brocken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m in soft/loose soil and making good surface as per existing surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling or mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in angles iron post & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire incl all necessary drilling bolts or rivetting & similar work confirming to Fe- 410-0 or Fe 310-0 and flat iron fillets (for securing chain link fencing etc) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M & L for 100 mm thick Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates in as in sub base of floors complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 ( using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed aggregate stone) as in path/pavings/plinth protection, floors etc laid in bays incl fair finishing the concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including putting expansion joints filled with polyurethane joint sealants/glass dividing strips or complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L prepolished 60 mm thick rubber moulded double glossy coloured designer interlocking tiles made of M-35 design mix concrete, laying over 25 mm thick sand cushioning, with the crushing strength not less than 250 Kg/Sqcm of approved design and shape, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for prepolished 80 mm thick rubber moulded double glossy coloured designer interlocking tiles made of M-40 design mix concrete, laying over 25 mm thick sand cushioning, with the crushing strength not less than 250 Kg/Sqcm of approved design and shape, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete prepolished colour tiles 30 cm x30 cm x 25 mm thick,set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor using grey cement with pigment.including 20 mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 over complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F in repair plain mild steel wire 4 to 5 mm dia and fixing to concrete or steel post or to straining bolts of blast pan including securing with and tying etc as directed. Each line of wire to be measured, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge..

S&F in repair bird proof net of co-polymer nylon monofilament ultravoilet stabilized with aperture 20x20mm the thickness of filament is 0.80mm melting point 260 degree tension force can resist 23.08 Kgs dia of nylon thread not less than 1.25 mm fixed in position as per manufacturer instruction including dismantling of old existing destroyed net at any height in ceiling complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for working in building/hanger of upto 10 mtr to 15 mtr height. cost of necessary formwork and security provision of labour shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B 1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in floor finish even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10mm thick in light/dark shade (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or colour cement to match the surface.over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

All as per BOQ srl item No 21 here-in-above but as in skirting including 10mm thick in CM 1:4 rendering as in backing coat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type B0 as in sub base of floor (using 12.50mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate), finished even & fair without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 8-10mm thick vitrified coloured paver tiles (Endura tiles) of size 300 x 300mm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4), complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for rough cast plaster including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 on brick wall or concrete surfaces complete all as specified in SSR Part - I clause 14.22 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Rough cast finish to be as below :- After applying the under coat of cement mortar 1:3 and while it is still in plastic state the rough cast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel agg (which is generally of size between 6 to 12mm depending on the texture required ) mixed with course sand and cement in the ratio of 1 : 1 : 1 shall be applied and finished even. The mix of cement and sand shall be made slightly wetter than normal for rendering to ensure that larger agg are thoroughly covered.

Taking down all loose / spalling out concrete including loose plaster from old surfaces of RCC walls complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for providing one layer of guniting, cleaning the exposed steel by sand blasting and providing and welding new reinforcement (if required and directed) to old steel and applying two coats of anti-corrosive zinc chromate paint (both on old and new steel), applying one coat of epoxy based adhesive over exposed surfaces to receive guniting, including supplying and fixing stainless steel wire mesh of size 1.40mm nominal dia average width of aperture 12mm and binding with 22gauge binding wire with reinforcements or with stainless steel staples and pressure guniting the surface with CM 1:3 with average thickness 35mm with equipment as per IS: 6433-1972 and IS:9012-1978 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering the surface in 10mm thick CM 1:4, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, including all necessary scaffolding and staging and rubbishing off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L preparation of surfaces of newly/ RCC/stone/concrete/brick walls and applying two coat of exterior emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and of any pattern over & including a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old or previously treated surfaces of RCC / Stone / Concrete / brick walls/ Asbestos Cement Sheet or plastered surfaces and applying one coat of exterior acrylic emulsion paint in camouflaging pattern of any shape and any size complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge, Note: Sample of camouflage pattern to be approved as per the user requirement

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces exceeding 10 cm girth and apply two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from PVC tanks exceeding 250 litre but not exceeding 500 litre capacity tanks from mouths of circulating pipes, etc complete all as specified and directed.
