Providing and fixing anosdized aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other section of approved make conforming to IS-733 and IS-1285 anosdised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS-1858 (Minimum aNosdic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips or with expansioin hold fastners including necessary filling up of junctions at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth ,rust free, straight mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap glazing/paneling, C.P. brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge (aluminium shall be Jindal aluminum of specified sections) including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts. (Hindalco,Jindal,Indian aluminum CO make)

For doors windows & ventilators & glazed partition frames.

For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ privets and making for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC neoprene gaskets required(fittings & glazing/paneling shall be paid for separately.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window,ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc.complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.)glazing with glass panes of 4mm thickness (weight not less than 10.00 kg/sqm.

Providing and fixing board partitions with butt jointing and nails (frame work and cover fillets to be measured and paid for separately) Prelaminated board bwp pheNosl bonded exterior/interion grade both sides. 12mm thick including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium, sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.(Pilot/Sheel make)

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc complete including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.(Pilot/Sheel make )

Providing and fixing aluminium handles anodized transparent or dyed to required colour & shade with necessary screws etc. complete (Pilot/Sheel make) including entire carriage of material within all leads & lifts.
