Re-Erection of 250 KVA ,11/.4 KV Sub-Station

Erection of S/Stn Structure: Digging of pits for poles(size1800x1200x1500mm), stay set (size 900x 700x 1900mm), Earthing set (2 Mtr. Dia &3 Mtr. Depth),drilling of holes in poles and x-arms, preparation of plateform str. Members, CI,AI x-arms and x-bracing set, erection of double poles with RCC muff, erection of plate form,X-Arms , dropout fuse unit, lightening arrestor,MCCB,Switch L.T. Box,energy meters etc,erection of transformers,porviding earthing connection to G.O. Switch & erection of G.O Switch, transformer lightining arrester etc., erection of stay set, filling and ramming of pits, erection of jumpers, pipe earthing, LT cable, and fixing of barbed wire and painting of sub-station structure etc. complete in all respect. (including dismantling of complete old material only pole & Muff will be replaced, rest material will be reused.)

Dismantling of S/Stn Structure: Dismantling of X-arm, dropout fuse unit, lightening arrestor,MCCB,Switch L.T. Box,energy meters etc,Dismantling of earthing connection to G.O. Switch & Dismantling of G.O Switch, transformer lightining arrester etc., Dismantling of jumpers, pipe earthing, LT cable, etc. Dismantling complete in all respect.

Erection Part HT

Erection of HT steel tubular pole 9 mtr. Long (Double pole structure):-Digging of pit for poles, drilling of holes in poles and X-arms and X-bracing set,fixing of insulators,X-arms and X-bracing set,erection of poles, fixing of barbed wire,danger plate, filling of pit and ramming .painting of poles erection of muff etc complete in all respect.

Erection of HT Earthing set:-Digging of Pit, filling of stay rod, its template etc. filling of pit, nozzelling of stay rod, and its tightening etc complete in all respect
