Repair to 50000 GPH x 130 meter head pump motor set alongwith allied works at pumping station Salmay stage-2nd ( old). The job involves disconnecting incoming main power, decoupling of pump from motor, unfastening pump from base frame, suction and delivery, fitting blind flange on delivery side and subsequently to and fro shifting the pump from pumping station. Dismantling the pumping unit and extraction of internal parts followed by providing and fitting of new SS shaft as per sample turned and finished to the original bearing size. Providing, fabrication and fitting of impellers-3nos. diffusers-2nos., diffusers bushes-01no, neck ring-3nos. spacer bush-1no., protection sleeve 2 nos., gland bush-2no., chuck nuts-2nos., alongwith repairing of impellers 01 no., diffuser 02 nos. Providing and fitting of new bearings 410-2nos. in lieu of damaged bearings. Job includes assembly the pumping unit and shifting to site of installation, fitment on base frame and then coupling of pump with the motor after making proper leveling and alignment, making electrical connections, testing the pump motor set on no and on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, to and fro carriage charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.

Repair to impeller 1no., protection sleeve 1 no., gland bush-1no., chuck nuts-1no., bearing 3309-1no. 6309-1no. Job also includes fabrication of coupling pulley set and thereafter assembling the pumping unit and shifting to site of installation, fitment on base frame and then coupling of pump with the motor after making proper leveling and alignment, making electrical connections, testing the pump motor set on no and on full load. Job further includes providing of 10mm dia gland packing for different pumps (7.5 kg) Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles etc. Rebate, if any, should be quoted separately.
