Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out any type of excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n. exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil.

M/L for Hardcore of gauge exc 63mm but n.exc100mm deposited spread and leveled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered an reamed to a true surface with broken stone or boulders, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick Plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors all as specified

M&L for laying machine pressed precast conctete interlocking reflective coloured pavers block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thick, M-35 Grade, over 25 mm thick sand layer, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge at site.

M & L for precast cement concrete block masonry (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregates) with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F road stud made out of ABS (cat eye) of size 108mm x 100mm x 20mm dynamically designed to bear maximum load, with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are fitted on to the stud for better night time reflection. One MS pin is inserted while fixing on road, complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M/ Dark Eye or equivalent ISI marked.

S&F water proof, energy saving and eco friendly solar road stud made out of solid aluminium alloy shell powered by solar cells and panels, size 125 x 125 x 25 mm with shank of 56.8 mm, flat base including required adhesive for fixing, complete all as specified and directed. Make : 3M/ Dark Eye or equivalent ISI marked.

S&F delineator ABS round body struts fitted with 2Nos 100mm dia high reflective and mounted on MS pipe of 50mm dia 600mm long duly powder coated and rust proof including fixing of delinator in ground with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-charge. Make : 3M/ Dark Eye or equivalent ISI marked.

S&F solar delineator made of poly carbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body height 145 mm, dia metro 80 mm, delineated height 80 mm comprises of super bright LEDs which gives 360 degrees viewing solar panel 2.5 v 120 m(approx) 1.25 v rechargeable battery 1 nosor also has high intensity retro reflective band of 1" width for extra visibility.The delineator is mounted on steel pipe of height 1000 mm and dia 50 mm with an anti theft wire mesh provided over it for extra protection. Both the pipes and the wire duly powder coated. Fixed in the ground with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in-charge. Make : 3M/ Dark Eye or equivalent ISI marked.

S&F Convex mirror of size 800 mm dia of PVC material provided with suitable MS pipe post, having clear and definite mirror image with 130 degree of viewing including fixing in position in PCC as per manufacturers guide lines.

S&F Heavy ABS plastic speed breaker of size 750x75x250 mm with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA material are welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process and then fixed on the speed breaker. Speed breaker to be fixed with epoxy and hardener and bolts.

M&L for road marking paint with hot applied thermoplastic paint 2 mm thick having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces including straightening portion etc in any situation. The thermo plastic material shall be homogeneously composed of aggregate pigment resin and glass reflector resin beads in required percentage as specified. The work include for cleaning of road surface, heating the paint within temperature limit as specified by the manufacturer, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) as in soft/ loose soil, each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 18mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing and joints should be filled with black silicon to match with shade of granite, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Stainless Steel frame for signage board/guide map with 50 mm hollow pipes/Square tubes of minimum wall thickness of 3 mm and SS flat section 25 x 5 mm, SS grade-316, including necessary welding, polishing and fixing with nut and bolts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Aluminium Composite panels in all colours of approved brand for external / internal wall cladding/ signage board at all heights and elevations including necessary aluminium composite panel consist of 3mm thermoplastic core of anti oxidant LDPE sandwitched between two sking of 0.5mm thick alloy sheet making a total sheet thickness of 4mm. The surface shall be finished with PDVF base coating on the top side and service coating on the reverse side shall be with a polymer paint. The system to be fixed to the brick/ stone/ masonry/RCC walls/framed structure with necessaary clamps, bracket and anchor fasteners fixed over and including base frame fabricated with aluminium square pipe including stainless self tapping steel screws, nut bolts, washers, cleats, weather silicon sealent for groove filling, backer rods etc, complete all as per manufacturer instrsuction and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. All clamps and brackets shall be hot deep galvanised minimum 20 microns, (items include cost of aluminium frame, ACP Panels, Cramps, weather sealant, gasket, foam, fixtures, scaffolding, all machineries and any fastening strips, nuts, bolts, rivets, washers, etc complete).

Supply and installation of out door Flex lay out board of 4 mm ACP sheet with colour UV printed labout/ Guide line map with realistic colours as per sample kept in GE Office including fixing on SS frame with fastners, silicon, nut and bolts, including decorative borders, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F "INDIAN COAST GUARD" logo, metal emboss (SS Colour coated of any colour shade as approved by GE), retro reflective type embossing, logo of area not exceeding 0.36 Sqm on gates including fixing with nut and bolts and fixing on gates or any other locations as directed.

M & L Writing stainless steel brush gold letters or figures or logo made of SS Grade -316 (Block,Roman,italic or Indian) or in Devnagri of height n exc 35 cm high with stainless steel metal emboss, front face should be retro reflective finish, incl chiselling for letters and fixing with SS screw and silicon on granite surfaces, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
