Attending Gatatopam Carrying work for all fairs and festivals in Sri Padamavathi Ammavari Temple at Tiruchanoor for the year 2026-27

Engaging the labour for carrying Gatatopam for all festivals and for functions etc., through out the year out side the temple in four mada streets ( i.e. around temple streets/Friday day garden ) when ever required etc., at any time when ever the function takes place (Day/Night) for Tiruchi vahanams. etc., complete.

Engaging the labour for carrying Gatotopam for all festivals and for functions etc., through out the year out side the temple in four mada streets ( i.e. around temple streets) at any time When ever the function taken place (Day/Night) for all Vahanams (other than Tiruchi Vahanam) etc., complete.

Engaging the unskilled workmen for removal and refixing of Gates/Queue lines around temple and miscellaneous works etc., complete.

Note: For above items (1 & 2) :- 1. The labour should maintain traditional dress as directed by the department. 2. The contractor should bring the labour one hour before commencement of Vahanam procession. 3. The contractor should take care to bring back the materials such as wooden stands, Brahma Ratham, gatatopam and other materials to lnside vahana mandapam after completion of vahanam procession and close the rolling shutters of vahana mandapam and as directed by the department.
