M&L for removal of vegetation growth and bushed etc n'exc 30cm girth including cutting of trunk portion, protruding over ground, diggingout roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable materials and removing of unserviceable materials to a distance n'exc 50m and cleaning the site complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/ loose soil, each n.exc 0.5 cum, getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D2 (40 mm graded aggre-gate) as in foundations, filling and mass-concrete or sub base of floor/ hard standing/ footpath complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins,arches, pillars,etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size full brick subclass ‘B’ burnt clay bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Description same all as item No. 5 above but except brick complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Old retreived serviceable bricks shall be used under this item.

Demolition of PCC in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish out side MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregates, as in kerb/ benching/ coping, bed plates, for fixing of hold fast, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C0 (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, roof kerb, cill, bed block, block for insertion of hold fast of door and window with and including formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plastering on fair faces of brick wall in CM (1:6) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by complete removal and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The old plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The newly plastered surface must be prepared in a manner so that there should not be any impression of dent and it should be made even and smooth all as per satifaction of Engr-in-Charge. The cost of all materials, T&P and labour required for preparation of surface are deemed to be included in the rates quoted.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of brick or concrete or plastered surface of wall of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint to match with existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new surface of brick or concrete or plastered surface of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surface of steel material of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surface over 10cm width or grith complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates, ladder and framed work of watch tower etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F framed work as in iron enclosure, doors or gate of angle iron or other section with gussets plate, rails, braces etc drilled for fixing of steel seating other covering, door etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel handing door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. No claim whatso ever shall be entertained by Govt on this account.

Dismantling of posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion from natural ground and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note: 1. The unit rate quoted by contractor is deemed to be inclusive of cutting to dead lenth where required, notching, drilling, fitting, rivetting and/or welding or connecting with bolts and nuts (including rivets or bolt and nuts), providing and fiitings angle cleats, fish plates, gusset plate etc., also for welding plumbing, truing up and fixing complete. S&F in repair chain link mild steel galvanised wire fencing of mesh size 100mm x100mm and dia of wire 3mm including 5mm dia GI line wires at top and bottom fixed to any type of standards rails, straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts , including,securing or tying at crossings with and Provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80mm thick coloured rubber moulded glossy finish machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, M-40 Grade with grey cement & pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 with and including over 40mm thick stone dust/ sand cushining complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old kerb stone of any type and any size jounted with cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for factory made kerb stone (300mm x 450mm x 150mm) of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jounted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of jounts except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required with and including taking down old kerb stone complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old retrived kerb stone of any type and size in position to the required line, level and curvature, jounted with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of jounts except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed.
