Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five metre) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square metre) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m (One point five metre), including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils and as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of and other incidentals. he rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering .Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (One Cement : Three coarse sand : Ten graded stone aggregate 20 mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size complete and as per drawing and HP.PWD technical specifications and as directed by Engineer-Incharge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. he rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of embankment with approved materials obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m (One point five meters) transport to sill spreading grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m (One thousand meters) as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5, complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-Incharge. he rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Demolishing cement concrete Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (including equivalent design mix)manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material upto any lead and as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of and other incidentals. he rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Supplying, filling, spreading and leveling stone boulders under floor complete as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of and other incidentals. he rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates of 3.15mm (Three decimal one five millimetres) thick, welded with angle iron in frames of 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimetres), so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering strutting and propping etcetera, with wooden battens and ballies for all heights/depth of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors roofs, landings windows sills, cornices, arches, moulding, corbelling including curved surfaces where ever required as per Architectural drawing, design and specifications and the like floor etcetera and as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of and other incidentals. he rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (One Cement : Four coarse sand) : Eight graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size and as per approved drawing, design, specification and as per the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-Incharge including carriage of materials within all leads, lifts of and other incidentals. he rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 600x600mm (Six hundred into six hundred millimetre) vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm (Twenty millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:4 (One cement : Four coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete including entire carriage of materials within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. he rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One cement; one point five sand; three graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 20mm (Twenty millimetres) nominal size complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. he rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax excluding GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.
