MAINTENANCE FLIGHT HANGAR WITH ALLIED AND INTERNAL SERVICES

1.1. Design, Supply and execution of Pre-Engineered “Maintenance Flight Hangar” as per plan attached and technical specifications include in RFP including following:-

Hangar structure 75 x 50x 10 M height complete including Hangar automatic doors both sides complete as per specifications given in RFP

Double story Annexe including air conditioning, electrification of Hangar and annexes complete as per specifications given in RFP

Hanger floor with Anti Static flooring 75 m x 50m including earthing and lightning protection of Hangar and Anennexes complete as per specifications given in RFP

Hardstanding front 100m x 70m with approach 34m x 20m including soil investigation, consultancy and designing complete as per specifications given in RFP

Hardstanding rear 100m x 20m including 1000 Sqm bitumenous road complete as per specifications given in RFP.

Field ancillaries for Hangar and annexes to include fire safety works, Drainage system, 5 Ton EOT Crane and earth filling & leveling complete as per specifications given in RFP.

2 x 150 KVA DG Set including Alternator, Acoustic enclosure, AMF Panel, covered shed complete as per specifications given in RFP.

Note : 1. The attached plan is for guideline only. The actual drawings shall be prepared by the vendor for the design parameter at paras in BOQ/ RFP through design experts based on design parameters given in soil investigation report and tech specifications given in part-II. The soil investigation shall be carried out from any NABL accredited lab/Govt Engg college. The design report and drawings so prepared has to be vetted / approved by any of the IITs and shall be forwarded to this office for approval. 2. The specifications for structural work, foundation, flooring, PQC and RCC are given as guidelines. The modification in design / superior specifications if required to ensure structural safety and ability shall be finalised by the vendor through consultancy duly vetted by any of the IITs without any extra cost. 3. The following details shall be submitted at the earliest but not later than four weeks from the date of supply order to this office :-. (a) Structural Drawings, Foundation Design Drawings, PQC and Flooring details. (b) Design report duly vetted by any of the Indian Institute of Technology. (c) Details of tools plants and operators including technical skilled and unskilled manpower alongwith CPM chart with resources being committed at each stage. CPM chart will be presented on site and updated regularly. (d) Electrical wiring diagram including lightening conductors and earthing. (e) Sanitary & Plumbing details. (f) Sewage disposal plan & Area drainage system plan.
