SPL REPAIR OF COOK HOUSE AND DINING HALL BLDG NO P-1 OF CERTAIN MIL UNIT AT BINNAGURI MIL STN UNDER GE (S) BINNAGURI

Taking down cement plaster on wall, ceiling, chajjas, roof projections, lintel, etc of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc and disposing off the rubbish materials out side MD land complete all as specified

Material and labour for applying 20 mm thick cement plaster rendering in two layers (10 mm each) in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces, at all heights and levels, comprising: hacking concrete, raking masonry joints, and wetting substrate; applying 10 mm first layer and scoring while green; applying 10 mm finishing layer mixed with integral waterproofing compound (WPC); finishing surface even and fair with wooden float/trowel without extra neat cement; wet curing for 10 days; including scaffolding, staging, and cleaning splashes, complete all as specified. (Note: Plastering materials and workmanship shall conform to IS 1661, cement mortar to IS 2250, cement to IS 269 / IS 1489, sand to IS 1542 / IS 383, and integral waterproofing compound to IS 2645. Measurement shall be based on net surface area in square metres [Sq.m] per IS 1200 [Part 12]. Water proofing compound [WPC] for the finishing layer will be measured and paid for separately as supply only under relevant item of Schedule 'A'. Base brickwork, structural concrete, and subsequent paint/primer coats shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant items of Schedule 'A' unless specified otherwise.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 - 1975 specification complete all as specified

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:6 on fair face/other than fair face of brick work or concrete surface finished fair and even (without using extra cement) complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on ceiling, soffits of slabs, chajjas, columns and beams etc and finished the plastered surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified

M&L for preparing new Plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats acrylic-based distemper of shade as approved by GE over a coat of primer ) on finished surfaces of wall as per the manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats acrylic based distemper of shade as approved by GE over a coat of primer over finished surfaces of wall including preparation as per the manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified

M&L for preparing new Plastered surfaces of walls and finishing the walls with Acrylic smooth exterior anti-fungal paint of required shade as approved by GE : New work (Two coats applied and including priming coat of exterior primer applied finished surface complete all as specified

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered surfaces of walls and finishing the walls with Acrylic smooth exterior anti-fungal paint of required shade as approved by GE : New work (Two coats applied and including priming coat of exterior primer applied including preparation complete all as specified

M&L for preparing newly plastered or unplastered surface of ceiling and applying three coats of white washing complete all as specified
