MAINT AND CLEANING OF RCC OH TANK, UG SUMP AND REPAIR/REPLACEMENT OF WATER LEVEL INDICATOR AT AFS TEZPUR UNDER GE (AF) TEZPUR

M&L for seven stage cleaning and sterllization inside the existing RCCoverhead tank of capacity 100000 gallon through bacteriological treatment by using E-In-C Branch approved chemical as recommended by Engineer-In-Charge and ULTRA VIOLET R at Pump House No- 2A, 4 & 5 at any height (as per site requirement), including suitable staging Seven stag are as under follows :- (a) First stage is to drain out the water by using high capacity pump of dewatering system. (b) Second stage is cleaning all the stage formation inside the tank by using TERBAC G5 or any chemical as approved byE-In-C`s Branch and recommended by Engr-in-Charge (c) Third stage is scrubbing the wall and floor with mechanised scrubber & fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump (rotary & flat) to remove all scalling, angle and other formed particles on internal surface of the tank completely. (d) Fourth stage and first and first bacteria screening is de-gemification by using TERBAC G5 or any chemical as approved byE-In-C`s Branch and recommended by Engr-in-Charge (e) Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of the water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner and sludge sucker having maximum 1200W with suitable heavy duty rugged motor to free of any foregn and loose particles of any nature. (f) Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterillizing method by using ultraviolet ray by heavy duty UV radiation which shall be 360 degree of sterillization with in the tank to kill all suspended bacteria (The radiation shall portable and effective for sterillzation of drinking water tanks for dimination of floating and suspended bacteria). (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterillize the floor and wall of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC G65 or equivalent any non-toxic bio-degradable eco-frindly anti-bacterial agent certified by a Govt approved laboratory to disinfect the over head tank from all harmful pathogens. And Applying two coat of lime white washing to the complete internal surfaces from the OHT after scraping of old surfaces and painting stair case railing over black painted surfaces with white letter complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) All safety equipmentsd required and necessary insurance for safety of working labour to execute the work is responsible of the Contractor. (ii) Contractor will complete the work within 12 Hours of OHT.

All as per items No 1 here-in before but overhead tank of capacity 50000 gallens at pump house No 2, 07, & 8 complete all s specified and as directed.

Supply only Alum Ferric Acid Grade 4 (Best quality as per sample with additional reqmt for purification of water containing lead (as Pb) 30PPM max and arsenic (As 203) 6 PPM max confirming revised IS 299-2012.

Supply only poly aluminium chlorides powder (raw water flocculant powder) Make : Vikrampac

Supply only Calcium hypochlorite (Calcium based granular disinfectant) Make : Purichlore (Shree Rayalaseema). & other make approved by E-In-C.

M & L for 90 mm outer dia 3-layer PP-R polypropylene random copolymer pipes concealed pipes SDR 11 (PN-10) UV stabilised and antimicrobial fusion welded having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random fittings laid in trenches including taking up or down old one PP_R Polypropylene random copyltymer pipes concealed pipe SDR 11 (PN-10) and connection complete from any locationb/position complete all as directed. Note :- The price shall be incluisive of all fittings alongwith connectors with GI pipe whereever required.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.50M wide and not exc. 1.50M in depth for foundation etc and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soils n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as directed.

Excavating in trenches not exc. 1.50M wide and not exc. 1.50M in depth for foundation etc and getting out in Hard rock soil complete all as specified and directed. (PH No 6 & Main Road)

M &L as in repair construction of valve pit chamber (Masonry) of size 90 cm x 90 cm x 90 cm depth (internal dimension) with sub class `B' bricks one brick thick wall in cement mortar (1:4) 10 ,mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:4, PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 in foundation 150 mm thick, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 as in bedding 10 mm thick, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 in coping 10 mm thick including (40 x 40 x 6)mm MS angle iron frame, 3 mm thick MS cover plate with locking arrangement and painting to all steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide primer including surface preparation and necessary earth work and removal of spoil/rubbish upto a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and levelling as directed. Note:- Details dimension /size/thickness , etc. is shown on particular specification.

Supply and fix in 150mm bore cast iron sluice valve with flanged ends heavy duty class PN-1.0, ISI marked, drilled holes for bolt, comprising of SS spindle and cast iron operated handle including necessary rubber gasket joint with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Replacement 100mm bore cast iron sluice valve with flanged ends heavy duty class PN-1.6, ISI marked, drilled holes for bolt, comprising of SS spindle and cast iron operated handle including necessary rubber gasket joint with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix 80mm bore cast iron sluice valve with flanged ends heavy duty class PN-1.0, ISI marked, drilled holes for bolt, comprising of SS spindle and cast iron operated handle including necessary rubber gasket joint with nut and bolts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cast iron air release valve flanged ends with double chamber, size 150mm bore, class PN 1.6 complete with all accessories and all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying cast iron fittings for spigot and socketed pipes such as bends (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type, (Straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee pieces single branch, 'Y' Junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs suitable for bore of pipe up to 150mm complete all as specified and directed.
