Environmental Monitoring Services as per Environment Clearance conditions and online uploading of six-monthly compliance reports for three years in PARIVESH web portal of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) for Development of Rehabilitation and Resettlement site for creation of New Township Navanagar Unit-III by Bagalkote Town Development Authority

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed 90% of work as a prime contractor, at least one similar nature of work costing not less than 50 percent of the amount put to tender Rs.34.27 Lakhs during last 5 financial years to qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last five years period. i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 (Additional Weightage at 10% each year will be given for cost of work) Note: Similar work means Environmental Monitoring Services as per Environment Clearance conditions and online uploading of six-monthly compliance reports for three years in PARIVESH web portal of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) for Development of Rehabilitation and Resettlement site for creation of New Township.

To qualify for award of this Contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least two financial years a Minimum financial turnover of Rs.137.1 Lakhs (usually not less than two times the amount put to tender under this contract) Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI (The Institute of chartered Accountants of India) Portal. Certificate without UDIN the documents uploaded will be considered and treated as invalid document.

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer Shall have successfully completed Environmental Monitoring Services as per Environment Clearance conditions and online uploading of six-monthly compliance reports for three years in PARIVESH web portal of Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) for Development of Rehabilitation and Resettlement site for creation of New Township approximate area of 518.00 Ha. in any year during last five years. i.e., 2021-22, to 2025-26 Executed in any one financial year for the following minimum quantities of work usally 80% of the annual requirement. the bidder should have executed an approximate area of 518.00 Ha (0.8*647.36 Ha) of Rehabilitation and Resettlement site for creation of New Township the necessary work done certificate issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer/Equivalent officer of the concerned division.

1) Environmental Engineer-Post graduate or Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engg with minimum 10 years of relevant experience a 10 Years : 8, b 15 Years : 9, c Above 15 Years : 10 - 10Points 2) Environmental Scientist-M.Sc. in Agriculture Science / Geology/ Fisheries/ Environmental Science / Botany/ Social work with minimum 10 years of relevant experience a 10 Years : 8, b 15 Years : 9 c above 15 Years : 10 - 10Points 3) Senior Water Resources Engineer-A Post-Graduate in Water Resources with minimum 10 years of relevant experience a 10 Years : 8, b 15 Years : 9, c Above 15 Years : 10 - 10 Points 4) Senior Geo-Technical-A Post-Graduate in Geo-Technical Engineering with minimum 10 years of relevant experience a 10 Years : 8, b 15 Years : 9, c Above 15 Years : 10 - 10 Points 5) I T Professional-A computer analyst with minimum 10 years of relevant experience a 10 Years : 3, b 15 Years : 4, c Above 15 Years : 5 - 5 Points 6) Senior Surveyor-A Graduate in Civil Engineering with minimum of 5 years experience in operation of Total Station and GPS equipment .a 10 Years : 3, b 15 Years : 4, c Above 15 Years : 5 - 5 Points. The consent letters of key personnel / man power to be part of the above assignment should be enclosed. No enclosing of consent letters will automatically result in non-applying the Marks.

Description of Methodology: The approach and methodology shall clearly define the Consultants approach to complete the assignment within the time frame a) Fair - 8 b) Good - 9 c) Best - 10

The applicant should have MoEF recognized and NABL accredited laboratory to carryout Environmental Monitoring services

Technical Requirements: The bidder should have the following survey equipment / Licensed software for carrying out the assignment. 1.The Dual Frequency (DGPS with RTK) and all required accessories - 2 Nos. 2.The Electronic Total station having angular least count of 1 inch and accuracy of 5 inch both for Hz and Vz distance measurement accuracy of 1mm and 1.5mm, with all the necessary accessories - 5Nos. 3. Midas Civil NX Advanced version. 4. Bentley Structural work suite (STAAD PRO). 5. Autodesk Civil 3D 2024 or above - 2 Nos 6. Irricad, E-TABS , SAFE & SAP 7.Must owned NABL accredited fully operational Laboratory 8. All necessary vehicles for carrying out the survey work Note: The intending bidder should have availability of the above equipment/software must owned.
