Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable, foundation of pole and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 mtr in wide and exceeding 1.5 but not exceeding 3.0 mtr depth for foundation of pole and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying Sand coarse dry as in cushioning of underground electric cable in trenches, laid to a uniform thickness of 23cm (15cm under the cable & 8cm over the cable) and gently punned down to 18cm thickness all complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Only punned down sand thickness 18CM shall be measured and paid.

Supplying and laying old size bricks, laid flat ie length of brick shall be laid across the cable, common burnt clay building bricks sub class `B' designation 75 complete all as specified and directed and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type-1,flat size 300x180x40mm, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete for fixing poles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping pole including necessary Steel form work and finishing exposed faces of concrete smooth and even using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for route indicators made of PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded aggregates) in rectangular blocks in sizes 60X20X20 cm buried in ground directly up to the depth of 45 cm and written the description details of under ground cable in red paint on top of the PCC block over yellow enamel paint complete all as directed and specified.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing in replacement steel tubular swaged poles type 410-SP-55 , 11.00 metre long, complete with cast iron base plate , heat resistance finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified including painting with two coats of synthetic enameled paint over one coat of red oxide primer and 06 Nos bands/straps with white and red post office colour (30cm wide each) epoxy heat resistant paint at a distance 30cm from plinth block and numbering of poles with black synthetic enamel paint in 2.5 cm height including tarring/Bituminous paint one coat on steel surface embedded in concrete foundation complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 11 above but type 410 SP-31, 9.00 meter’s long.

M&L for pin type insulator porcelain, vitreous white/brown including one galvanised MS spindle, nut and two GI washers of size 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts and dismantling old pin type insulator complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement single disc porcelain, vitreous white/brown insulator 255mm dia and 145mm height assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductor working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) complete of size complete all as specified and directed. Note : 3% for sag shall be added in measurements.

M&L for galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia , cradle guards, hexagonal/rectangular cradle guard complete all as specified and directed.

Re stretching/ tightening of ACSR conductor of any size & GI earth wire of any size of HT overhead line on existing poles duly straining properly binding with extra aluminium binding wire to insulators complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section (flat iron/angle iron/ MS sheet) including back plate, MS boxes made out of MS sheet, clamps or D clamps made out of MS flat iron made to shape including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending hot or cold, drilling holes for bolt in any size or shape as directed inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and attending earth LT/HT steel tubular/cement concrete pole 9/11 mtr long cleaning of bird nest/debris /loose hanging wire /and securing with binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Trimming/cutting of tree branches to provide proper clearance around existing HT/ LT over head lines with clearance of 3mtr on all as per technical requirement including removing of cutted trees branches from site and depositing one place for burning/removing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stay assembly complete comprising of 20 mm dia galvanised stay rod 180 cm long MS galvanised stay plate size 300 x 300 x6mm thick for stay pole including loop insulator white with cover all dimension 140 x 25.5 mm clearance of hole 25mm for HT 11000 V all specified and as shown in electric plate No 1 of SSR part-I. Note: Earth work and PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of 20 mm dia complete all as specified for LT poles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- loop type insulator, stay clamps, excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and installation of battery bank set consisting of 55 No batteries of cap 110 volt , 200 AH SMF (sealed main free) VRLA make Amara Raja powder stack each set having 2V/200 AH (55 Nos. cell) with racks, bus bars and necessary accessories (HSN code : 85072000) including connection complete with battery charger and VCBs 110 volts DC control including testing complete with entire satisfaction by Engineer -in -Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out unserviceable damaged of any size of HT cable and Supplying, laying or fixing, jointing and testing HT under ground electric power cable, XLPE insulated, screened , PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, (conforming to IS-7098 Part-I), ISI Marked, with aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty ,11000 Volts grade ( earthed ), laid in trenches/ laid under floor, roads, paths or fixed on walls / on poles/ in ducts etc. complete including cable gland and lugging etc all as specified and directed of following sizes complete all as specified and directed. Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable GOD & supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of air break switch (GOD)(12 insulator type) HT 11 KV, AC 50C/S, TP Horizontal mounting type, mechanically operated from ground, mounted on 12 insulators 11 KV grade and steel frame, current rating up to 200 Amps complete with fuse mounting, fuse carriers and fuse elements of required capacity fixed the pole structure on channel angle iron cross arm with suitable GI nut bolt & washers etc with suitable size including testing complete and one pad lock 65 mm (Godrej/navtal)including dropant expulsion type fuses with barrels of required capacity to suit load at site complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down unserviceable lightning arrestor supplying, fixing and testing Expulsion type lightning arrestor having rated voltage 11 KV and discharge current 65 KA suitable for 11000 Volt with mounted on MS plate 8 mm thick duly painted with aluminum paint bottom of size of lightning arrester including connection with earth strip connecting device complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of two & four pole, structure complete including replacement of unserviceable jumper, sleeve vice type connector GI PG clamps 'T' connector run through clamps, bolts nuts, washer connecting lugs/thimbles knife contacts applying petroleum jelly to the moving contact as well fixed contacts, tightening all the connection for its smooth functioning as directed at site by Engineer-in-charge. M&L for preparing old painted surface of the two pole structure such as poles, cross arm , bracing and supports clamps complete painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer provisioning of marking with alternative white and Red paint strip 30 cm wide including writing pole no with white paint size of letter note less than 100mm from the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old painted surface of the HT single pole structure such as poles, cross arm , bracing and supports clamps complete painting of two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer provisioning of marking with alternative white and Red paint strip 30 cm wide including writing pole no with white paint size of letter note less than 100mm from the ground level complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of transformer of any capacity up to 500 KVA from any installation two/four pole structure and fixing on another installation two/four pole structure (Appx.3000 mtr distance) including necessary connection complete on HT and LT side and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting of electric connection from transformer, feeder pillar etc and taking out LT cable (existing) of any size and type from the loop trench, dressing of cable including replacement of burnt out aluminium lugs and fixing with new lugs, nuts, bolts etc, complete including necessary excavation & earth work complete all as specified and directed.

Dehydration including filtration and cleaning of transformer oil at different locations by stream line method dehydration plant including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filtration. Dielectric strength should not be less than 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap and to bring the acidity within to permissible limit below 0.5 mg KOH/Cm after dehydration complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Test result before and after filtration to be recorded as per the sample provided by Engineer-in-charge. (ii) The rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of making necessary connection and the connection to filtration plant from transformer and switch gear oil duly removing the inlet and outlet connections. (iii) For topping up transformer oil will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of schedule.

Preventive maintenance/repairs to transformer step down 11 kv/0.43 KV out door type of any make and capacity including cleaning the transformers externally thoroughly with lint free cloth, tightening the HT/LT terminal nuts, opening the top cover and replacing the perished gasket of top cover, replacing sight glass, replacing silica gel, replacing the worn out copper alloy nuts and tightening the earth terminals and conducting various tests as stipulated in the particular specification and maintaining relevant documents/records duly signed by the JE E/M and Engineer-in-charge separately to each book let for equipment’s/machine on the prescribed printed forms.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing of underground XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross-sectional area 400 Sqmm 4 Core laid in trenches/ducts/along poles/through pipe under road etc with new aluminium lugs of cable size all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting defective outdoor/indoor power distribution transformer of capacity 63KVA to 160 KVA from HT/LT sides taking out complete transformer oil storing the same in suitable containers (to be provided by contractor) opening the top cover and lifting up the core assembly carefully to check the condition of transformer winding core retaining the same after repair refilling the transformer oil after dehydration and filtration including checking of leakage of transformer body and welding works required for making transformer body leak proof, transportation of transformer from site to work shop and re installation the same at any site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Dehydration, filtration and the materials required for rectification of defects such as rewinding/core/transformer oil, bushes etc shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this sch.
