Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster, of any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water all as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces in two layer ,top layer of 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instruction, finished fair and even. Note - WPC shall be measured and paid separetely

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 8 mm dia, cut to length and bent to shape as reqd, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length and bent to shape as reqd, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed ) not less than 0.90 mm dia complete all as speified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5 graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping/benching including necessary formwork, complete and all as specified.

M/L Providing precast reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) type B0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) covers including all mouldings and set in cement mortar(1:6) all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separetely.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type ‘B1’( using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as roof padding and finished the surface even and fair all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers hoisted and fixed in position complete and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling existing water tank and removing from site of any capacity complete. Make : Sintex/Rotax/Polycon ISI Marked

S&F 1000 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers hoisted and fixed in position complete and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge including dismantling existing water tank and removing from site of any capacity complete. Make : Sintex/Rotax/Polycon( ISI Marked)

S&F PVC lid for water storage tanks of capacity 500 litres including PVC hinges and PVC locking both complete all as specified.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of eructing pipe incl disconnecting existing tanks and refixing in position after cleaning for 500 litres capacity of tank complete all as specified.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and mouth of eructing pipe incl disconnecting existing tanks and refixing in position after cleaning for 1000 litres capacity of tank complete all as specified.

Cutting chases, pinning in, making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar (1:3) to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunsheds, shelves, lintel etc and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring etc and making good cutting not exceeding 10 cm girth on brick wall all as directed.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connection 15 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connection 20 mm bore, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site.

Taking up or down GI tubing and connection 25 mm bore , including cleaning for refixing or removal from site.

Supply, lay and fix 15 mm bore galvanized iron water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

All as per item srl No 19 but fixing only (Note:- serviceable pipe shall be obtained from srl item No 16 here-in-before)

Supply, lay and fix 20 mm bore galvanized iron water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors. all as specified and directed.

All as per item srl No. 21 but fixing only (Note: Serviceable pipe shall be obtained from srl item No 17 here-in-before)

Supply, lay and fix 25 mm bore galvanized iron water tubing medium grade including all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceiling or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

All as per item srl No 23 but fixing only (Note: serviceable pipe shall be obtained from srl item No 18 here-in-before)

Supply and fix gun-metal, globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for 20 mm bore iron pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) for 20 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 15mm-142 gms/ 20mm-210 gms/25mm-455gms/ 40mm- 690 gms) for 25 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.
