Construction of Additional 0.10mt depth to 0.90mt circular dia sewer man hole of 0.90 mts depth with cement bricks of size (flyash cement blocks of size 225X100X60mm with compressive strength of 50kg/ sqm IS:12894- 1990 class -V ) in cm 1:4 prop for corbelling portion with internal plastreng 20 mm thick (cm 1:3 prop) and external plasterng 12mm thick ( cm 1:3prop) excluding the cost and fixing charges of CI steps, including the cost and conveyance of all materials at site complete and curing for 21 days complete as per specification etc complete.

Supply and placing of Ready Mix Concrete M 30 as per IS-4926:2003 of following grades with minimum cement content as per IS-456:2000 and Standard mix design as per IS-10262:1982, with coarse aggregate of nominal size 20mm and fine aggregate of Zone II as per the mix design approved by the Department from Standard suppliers including cost and conveyance, vertical pumping and Horizontal pumping on all materials, etc., works for basic cost including leveling, grading, spreading, curing for 14 days, centring, vibrating, compacting, finishing etc., as required including, material taxes, pumping, transportation, approved admixture etc., complete.(RMC-M30) Note: 1.Manufactured Sand (Rock sand) and natural river sand in the ratio of 50:50 shall be used.2. The quantities for cement, coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are for estimating purpose only. The exact quantities will be as per mix design.
