1 The Bidder shall ensure strict adherence to the prescribed cost distribution limits, as below: (i) Sub-Total (C) for O&M cost shall not less than 50% of the Total Project Cost (D); and (ii) Sub-Total (A) for Software Take-over and Design & Development Cost (A) shall not exceed 20% of the Total Project Cost (D). (iii) Quarterly Unit Rate for O&M of TMCC 1.0 per plaza should NOT be more than 50% of Quarterly Unit Rate of TMCC 2.0 per plaza. In the event of any deviation or non-compliance with the above stipulated thresholds, the Financial Bid shall be treated as non-responsive and shall be rejected summarily, without any further evaluation or clarification. No post-submission rectification in this regard shall be permitted.

2 The quantities of fee plazas indicated in the Financial Bid is indicative, and have been provided for the limited purpose of bid evaluation and benchmarking. The actual number of fee plazas in O&M phase to be onboarded during the project tenure may vary, based on actual fee plaza operational. Payment shall be made on a pro-rata basis, strictly corresponding to the actual number of fee plaza successfully onboarded and opertional on TMCC 1.0/ TMCC 2.0 in the quarter.
