The intending bidder should have executed the following minimum quantity in any one financial year, during the last five financial years (2021-22 to 2025-26) i.Earthwork in excavation or silt removal or Embankment 13399.20 Cum ii.RCC Structure concrete quantity (Grade M-15 and above) is 1026.35 Cum iii.Reinforced steel is 68.24 tonne iv.Stone Pitching is 9395.15 Cum v.MS/SS/RCC Railing is 1000.25 Rmt
The intending bidder should have in last 5 years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26, satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, one similar nature of work, such as Construction/Improvements/Beautification of Tanks works costing not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e, Rs.247.26 Lakhs in last five years. The work done certificate should be obtained duly signed from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle or equivalent in case of other Government undertaking within India. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10% for each year.
The intending bidder in his / its name should have in the last 5 years i.e., 2021-22 to 2025-26 achieved in at least 2 financial years, a minimum financial turnover of Rs.989.04Lakhs (usually not less than two times the estimated annual payments under this contract).The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the Present Price Level 2026-27 by giving weight age of 10% each year. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant bearing UDIN along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished.

Bidder should furnish liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs.196.45 lakhs from any Nationalized / scheduled bank Credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. The format for Bankers Certificate/ Line of Credit (BC/LOC) letter to be issued by the Banks as per circular No: FD- CAM/16/2022 (P-2) dated: 22.08.2022.
Tenderers who meet the above specified minimum qualification criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value (Rs. 494.52Lakhs). Recovery of Excess or Irregular Payments: Any excess, irregular, or inadmissible payment detected at any stage whether during execution or after completion of the contract arising out of audit objections, financial scrutiny, or any form of review, shall be fully recoverable from the Contractor without any limitation of time or amount. Such recoveries may be effected from any pending or future bills, security deposits, performance guarantees, or any other sums due or becoming due to the Contractor under this or any other contract with the Employer. The Contractor shall have no right whatsoever to dispute, withhold, or seek exemption, compensation, or relief in respect of such recoveries, and the decision of the Employer in this regard shall be final and binding.

The Bidder or any of his partner shall not be under Corporate Debt Restructuring (CDR) / Strategic Debt Restructuring (SDR) or Bureau of Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) in the last 5 Years prior to bid submission date. In this regard, the Bidder shall submit along with Bid, a certificate from their Statutory Auditor with a declaration that, the Bidder is not under CDR / SDR or BIFR.
