Cutting in earth work and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and all kind of soil.

Excavation in foundation trenches etc.in earth work in all kind of soil lift upto 1.50mtr.stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm consolidating each deposited layer by ramming,watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12(1cement:6sand: 12graded stome aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth.

Random rubble/polygonal rubble(uncoursed/brought to courses)with hard stone of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete1:6:12(1cement:6sand:12graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)at plinth level in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement:6sand).

Providing form work with steel plates (3.15mm) three point fifteen milimetre thick welded with angle iron in frame (30x30x5mm) ( Thirty x thirty x five milimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc., with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4mtr.(Four metre) Including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts. (a). Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.

(B). Column, pillars, posts and struts, Square, rectangular or polygonal or circular in plan.

(C). Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels. i. Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunching, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels not exceeding 1 mtr. In depth in all heights from floor.

(D).Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landing and the like. ( i). Floors etc., upto 200mm( Two hundred milimetre) in thickness.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement :two sand :four graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in: (a). Foundations, footings & bases of columns etc., and mass concrete.

(B). Column, pillars, posts and struts upto floor two level

c) Suspending floors roofs landing & shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers pto floor two level

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending, binding and placing in position complete in all floor levels (a). Tor steel. including carriage of materials upto all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in superstructure in Cement Mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 Sand) First Class Bricks including carriage of material within all leads and lifts.

Half brick masonry in comman burnt clay building bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor two level with cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4 sand) 1st class bricks

Providing and fixing angle iron door, window and ventilator frame double rebate manufatured from two angle section of 40x40x6mm and MS flat 30x5mm as per drawing and design including hinges jambs locks and if required angle threshhold of MS angle 50x25mm welded or rigidly fixed by mechanical means lugs with split and tail to each jamb including steel butt hinges 2.5mm thick with provision for locking arrangement and shock absorber specified and applying a coat of approvede steel primer after proper pretreatment of surfaces as directed by Engineer ion charge.i/c including carriage of material within all leads & lifts .

Providing and fixing panelled ,glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerstorey windows including bright finished/black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws 35mm thick 1st class deodar wood.

Providing and fixing wire gauze shutters using galvanized MS wire gauge of I.S.gauge designation 85G with wire of dia 0.56mm for door,windows and clerstory windows including bright finsihed/black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws. 30mm thick Ist class Deodar wood.

Providing and fixing glass panes with putty nails.

Providing and fixing MS grills or required pattern in wooden frames of windows etc.with Ms flats square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws.plain grills.

Providing and fixing in position collapsiable steel shutter with vertical channel 20mmx10mmx2mm and braced with flat iron diagonals 20mmx5mm size with top and bottom rails of T iron 40mmx40mmx6mm with 38mm dia steel pulley complete with bolts and nuts looking arrangments stopers,handles,including applying a priming coat of red lead paint.

Digital wall tiles 6mm thick in skirting risers or steps and dado on 12mm thick cement plaster 1:3(1cemen:3sand)and jointed with white cement slurry.

Providing and fixing prelaminated board bwp both side laminated for cup board 19mm thick.

Applying priming coat over new wood and woodase surface after and inclluding preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter,sand papering and knotting.Ready mixed paint brushing wood primer pink.
