Scope of work: 1. Vendor will do Preventive Maintenance of PD metering systems which includes PD Meter, DCV, Strainer & Air eliminator. 2. TRV, Pressure Gauges, DPG, Earthing Relays, Wires, Cables, other structures will be out of scope of vendor. 3. Vendor will do 4/5 Point Calibration of Metering System once in a year during W&M Stamping. 4. Vendor will provide Promised Resolution of Break down within 48 Hours. 5. LC Product Spares will be under IDEX scope. 6. vendor will Check and rectify leakage across strainer / Air Eliminator / PD meter. 7. Vendor will do DP verification for all strainers & recommending cleaning of same as per priority 5 to 6 strainers will be cleaned under vendor’s supervision and process will be explained to BPCL. Balance cleaning of strainers will be in BPCL Scope. 8. vendor will do Air eliminator Visual inspection and check for any leakage and rectification of issues. 9. Vendor will do DCV functionality testing 10. Vendor will Address any specific issue raised by BPCL. 11.Vendor will impart on job training.

IDEX will offer CAMC of LC equipment. (IDEX
1) make PD meter, Strainer & Air-eliminator)
IDEX Engineer will visit for preventive
2) maintenance / breakdown / calibration of
Metering systems during CAMC contract
Service tax & any other tax imposed by
3) government will be extra on above said offer
rate and as per rate at the time of billing. In
case of change in tax rates, BPCL will provide
necessary amendment prior to deputation of
service engineer.
Spares are Included in BPCL scope and same
4) will be kept as inventory by BPCL at the site
with entry into a log book. All used Spares
needs to be handed over to IDEX.
Liasoning with W&M and Stamping is kept out
5) of Scope of IDEX. Our Person will Carry Out the
calibration Process of Meter, IDEX will be
present during W&M calibration and stamping
BPCL shall provide Semi Skilled labor (as
6) required) during the visit at our cost.
Average SLA will be to attend the site within
7) hours, provided the intimation has been
provided during working hours.
BPCL will provide all statutory requirements like
8) gate pass, work clearances, etc. to our service
BPCL will provide all necessary safety
9) protection (PPE) for our Service Engineer.
Brought out items like PG, DPG, TRV, RIT, other
10) make DCV, Batch Controllers, earthing relays
are excluded from scope of repairing.
For other OEM Products, IDEX will provide Basic
11) trouble Shooting guidelines. In case of any
issues with these products (out of LC scope),
BPCL will call the respective OEM for arranging
BPCL will keep stock of equipment’s which are
12) not of LC Make.
Force Majeure clause: In case of any Natural
13) Calamity, Foreign aggression, Local Bandh etc.
