Supply and Fixing of Harritage/Decorative Trishool Highmast Light

Supply and installtion of 8.0-meter-high Decorative Trident Pole fabricated from high-quality Mild Steel (MS) tubular sections, comprising pole segments of 4000 mm + 4000 mm , complete with heavy-duty fabricated MS base plate, hot-dip galvanization and zinc-rich primer for corrosion protection, finished with premium polyurethane/powder-coated grey finish. The pole shall be provided with precision-engineered aluminium alloy decorative castings including ornamental base, intermediate decorative elements. there is one aluminium casting at the lower side and other on the mid of pole to give the heritage look of the pole, as per drawing. The complete structure shall be designed to withstand wind speeds up to 180 km/h, subject to structural design verification, and shall include SS-304 stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized hightensile nuts, bolts, washers, anchor fasteners, fsoundation hardware, transportation, unloading, erection, alignment, testing, commissioning, and all associated civil and electrical works required for complete installation.

Supply and laying of 16 sq.mm 4 core aluminium conductor PVC insulatedarmoured served sheathed cables 1100 Volts grade , the cable run shall be fixed on M.S. clamps etc. of suitable size or as directed by the Engineer-Incharge, complete in all respect. The armouring of the cable shall be properly connected with the earth conductor by clamps etc. (PWD SOR No. 501 (i))

Supply of 1 mtr length assembly/bracket with installation of 1000 mm diameter circular decorative ring for mounting or holding the 6 nos of flood lights , and decorative Trident (Trishul) with illuminated damru finial at the top, all finished in metallic golden powder coating.

S/L of 50 mm Dia. DWC, HDPE Pipe Complete below ground Level layingunder ground with cartage labour complete in all respect.

Supply and fixing of 25 MM Square plain or pin type copper tin plated cable socket (lug ) to the cable leads, insulating with tape and making connection etc.complete in all respect as per direction of the E/Ic. (PWD SOR No. 504-E)

Supply and fixing of brass nickel plated of compression gland for PVC insulated & armoured served sheated underground cable including rubber ring etc. complete in all respect.

Supply and burring of safe earthing electrode T-19 Zn-Zinc coated, length up to2000 mm, As approved in U.P. P.W.D. & C.P.R.I. certified. (PWD SOR No. 725-B)

S/w of submain with two number 2.5 sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated 1100V grade single core multistrand copper conductor cable in existing conduit complete with supply of all material labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work as directed at site by engineer incharge. (PWD SOR No. 289)
