Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechinical means in all heights and depths all kinds of soil such as a pick work , jumper work , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling / wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal unserviceable material by mechnical transport and stacking the serviceable/ useful material on the road berms as per technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2(MORD specification)and as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge, muttams shall be left at suitable place as directed by Engineer- in - Charge and shall be recovered only after attaining the formation level and after final checking of Engineer-in- Charge. The work shall be executed in workman like manner and avoid any damage to the private / Govt. property in the vicinity of work site , if any damage occurs to any property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery of useful stone quantity 9384.56 cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs:- 2815368/- only shall be done on prorata basis in each running bill for this item.Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Geo-composite type Geo synthetic:- Providing and laying fiber glass composite Geo grid along with non woven backing with minimum tensile strength(MDXCMD)=100x100 KN with aperture size 12.5 mmx12.5 mm(twelve point five millimeter X twelve point five millimeter) having tensile elongation <4% and mass per nit area>500g/Square meter. It should have melting point <160*C and be UV resistant. The geo-composite shall be prepared over the compacted stabilized sub grade. Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg./sqm( Zero point six zero kilogramme) / squaremetre using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts of material to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg ( zero point two five kilo gramme)per squaremetre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts of material to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
SAMI Layer :- Stabilize base of suitable grading prepared by addition of suitable stabilizer or a combination of stabilizer with cement is such a manner as to give an unconfined compression strength of >2.5 Mpa at seven days (cube strength) in accordance with guide line given IRC SP89-2018 part 2. This stabilized base shall be provided with a SAMI/crack relief layer by placing 10 kg of VG-40 per ten square meter cover with 0.1 cubic meter of aggregate below 11.2 mm(eleven point two millimeter) size Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.
