Excavation in soil in Hilly area by mechinical means in all heights and depths all kinds of soil such as a pick work , jumper work , blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiesling / wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited ) and other intermediate classification of soil including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposal unserviceable material by mechnical transport and stacking the serviceable/ useful material on the road berms as per technical specification clause 1603.1, 1603.2(MORD specification)and as directed by the Engineer -in - Charge, muttams shall be left at suitable place as directed by Engineer- in - Charge and shall be recovered only after attaining the formation level and after final checking of Engineer-in- Charge. The work shall be executed in workman like manner and avoid any damage to the private / Govt. property in the vicinity of work site , if any damage occurs to any property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor , which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. The recovery of useful stone quantity 9384.56 cum @ 300/- per cum amounting to Rs:- 2815368/- only shall be done on prorata basis in each running bill for this item.Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structures in all kinds of soilas per drawing and technical specification, including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom, backfilling the excavation earth to the extent required and utilising the remaining earth locally for road work.as per MORTH specification clause No. 304.1 Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement:3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate) in foundation with crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetre) nominal size mechanically mixed, placed in foundation and compacted by vibration including curing for 14 (fourteen) days and form work Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge, Section 2100.

Construction of Embankment with material Deposited from roadway cutting:- Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from road vway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structure graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2 and as per MORT&H specification clause 305.

Compacting Original ground;- scarifying the existing bituminous road surface to a depth of 50 mm(fifty millimetre) and disposal of scarified material including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge . clause 305.4.3

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63 mm(sixty three millimetre) to 45 mm(forty five millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3(three) wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight -Ten) tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Grading -II.Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.clause 404.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53 mm (fifty three millimetre)to 22.4 mm(twenty two point four millimetre) sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 (Three) wheeled steel/ vibratory roller 8-10 (Eight -Ten)tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density. WBM Grading -III.Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge. clause 404.

Providing and laying cement treated soil sub base/base spreading soil on a prepared sub grade by loosening ,pulverizing, adding the designed quantity of cement to the spread soil, mixing in place with state of art recycling machine and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the density corresponding to 97%(ninety seven percent) of MDD in such manner as to achieve a compact thickness of 100 mm (hundred millimeter) Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge

Geo-composite type Geo synthetic:- Providing and laying fiber glass composite Geo grid along with non woven backing with minimum tensile strength(MDXCMD)=100x100 KN with aperture size 12.5 mmx12.5 mm(twelve point five millimeter X twelve point five millimeter) having tensile elongation <4% and mass per nit area>500g/Square meter. It should have melting point <160*C and be UV resistant. The geo-composite shall be prepared over the compacted stabilized sub grade. Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

RBI-81 or its equivalent :- Providing laying spreading and compacting aggregate &stone dust conforming to engineering requirements in base course including in situ mixing of 25% 20mm(twenty millimeter) down aggregate +25% 10mm (Ten millimeter) down aggregate +50% stone dust with 5% RBI grade 81 by ATL or its equivalent mixing place with state of art recycling machine spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on a prepared base including watering and compacting with 10 to 12 (ten to twelve)tonne single drum vibratory roller to achieve the required density at OMC for preparing the base layer including all cost of material, labour, HOM of machinery, etc complete as per specification Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Wet mix Macadam:-Providing and laying wet mix Macadam spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification as per clause 406 including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in sub base/base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.60 kg./sqm( Zero point six zero kilogramme) / squaremetre using mechanical means as per Technical specification clause 502. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts of material to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 kg ( zero point two five kilo gramme)per squaremetre on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer and cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. including hauling/ carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts of material to the entire satisfaction as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SAMI Layer :- Stabilize base of suitable grading prepared by addition of suitable stabilizer or a combination of stabilizer with cement is such a manner as to give an unconfined compression strength of >2.5 Mpa at seven days (cube strength) in accordance with guide line given IRC SP89-2018 part 2. This stabilized base shall be provided with a SAMI/crack relief layer by placing 10 kg of VG-40 per ten square meter cover with 0.1 cubic meter of aggregate below 11.2 mm(eleven point two millimeter) size Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 60-80 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average output of 50 tonne per hour using crushed aggregate of specified grading premix with bituminous binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem roller to achieve the desired compactioin as per MORTH specification clause 507 including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain / reinforced cement concrete in foundation, including formwork, excluding cost of reinforcement complete as per drawing, technical MORT&H specification section 1500, 1700 & 2100, M15 Grade in parapet including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge.

Providing and fixing road side delineators ofhieght 600 mm(six hundred millimetre) made of MS pipe of size 50mm(fifty millimetre) of 1.6 SWG having high intensity micro prismatic reflective sheet confirming to ASTM type-IX upto 300 mm lenght balance 300 mm.(three hundred millimetre) It shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of alternate colour black & white strips.It shall be fixed with 30x30x30cm block with cement concrete 1:2:4 20 mm(twenty millimetre) nominal size complete .Including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of Engineer - in- Charge. clause 806
