M&L for preparation of old painted surface wall / ceiling by brooming down loose partical, removing of smoke soot, moulds and unwanted vegetation from wall, facia, parapet etc applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removel of existing treated plastered or unplastered surfaces on walls and prepared surface and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying Two coat of cement based paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing old surfaces of walls plastered or un-plastered by brooming down with steel or wire brush and scraping down smoke soot, moulds moss & efflorescent salt and trading oil and greasy spots , washing rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surface & removing all vegetation growth, nails and making good holes,cracks etc complete by necessary putty and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion on old prepared surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling, cornices etc by brooming down or steel wire brushing down scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots, and applying one coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of old painted steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on old prepared surfaces of steel complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting & taking down existing water tank of capacity exc 250 liter and not exc. 500 liter and removing from site complte and S&F rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 lts capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted with and including 20 mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure with polythene float and fly nut complete screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed in position all as per SSR Part I complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for complete removel of existing plastered or unplastered surfaces of floor and make the surface smooth by rubbing with sand papers etc and applying two coats of anti-fungal floor paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc. from tanks and form mouths of circulating pipes, etc, capacity of tank exc 250 & n exc 500 litres including writing date of cleaning on the tank with suitable synthetic enamel paint etc complete all as specified and directed.

Repairing to existing door/ window chajjas upto 2.0m span and width 1.0m by demolition/ scrapping of damaged portion and preparing the surfaces by providing 50mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate including finishing the surface by rendering 10 mm thick plaster in CM 1:3 and finished even and smooth surface using extra cement over concrete surface and PCC benching including weathering sliglitely rounded or chamfered angles and throating over and including priming newly plastered/concrete surface by applying one coat of primer, 2 mm thick acrylic damp proof wall care putty and applying two coat of Apex paint (Weather coat exterior paint) and complete making good existing disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (work to be carried out upto a height of 7.5 m and rate shall be inclusive of all necessary scaffolding and shuttering). Note: Reinforcement if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective.

Demolition of plain cement concrete ( Un reinforced) of any description in any position and removal of demolished materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1000m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sunken floor finished even and smooth using extra cement with using water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2kg /sqm shall be applied as tack coat for APP polymeric membrane complete all as specified and directed.

One layer APP based polymeric membrance minimum weighing 3 Kg/ Sqm & minimum 3 mm thickness reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/ sqm) land on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Lap of 100 /150 mm and the over lap shall be sealed by flame.

M & L rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and sommth w/o using extra cement with liquid water proofing Compound as per manufacturers's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A'.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for S&F stainless steel framed work such as in grills, gratings, etc. with end of bars shouldered and/or riveted , or forged in to spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed blusters, walk ways, railings, frame work of water tanks and similar work complete all as specified and directed.
