Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for Pipe line trenches as per drawings and technical specifications including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material, dressing of sides and bottom as per Technical Specification 304 MORTH and as directed by the departmental officer including protecting the existing utility services wherever it is possible during the execution and taking all precautionary measures in the restricted areas for laying sewer/water lines including divertion of traffic and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and disposal of remaining earth upto a lead of 50 m, including all incidental and operational charges etc., complete for Pipe Lines by mechanical means. In ordinary soils up to 3.00 Mts depth below GL by Mechanical means - 100 % of the earth work excavation quantity

Decanter SBR decanters shall be floating or electro-mechanically positioned with subsurface withdrawal and a positive solids and scum baffle. Fixed decanters or decanters that withdraw effluent directly from the surface without scum and solids exclusion mechanisms will not be permitted. Decanters shall employ positive mechanical type seals or substantially similar mechanisms for excluding solids, scum, and any floatables from the effluent. Decanters having open conduit(s) or any portion of the effluent flow path exposed to or in contact with the mixed liquor during any phase of the SBR cycle other than decant are unacceptable. All wetted components of the decanter assembly (except piping) shall be constructed of 304 stainless steel, The decanters shall be designed to mount to an appropriately sized puddle pipe flanged pipe embedded in the SBR basin wall. Supply, install, program and commission the PLC using the PLC manufacturers recommended windows based PLC coding and documentation software. The SCADA shall be suitable for day to day operation by non-computer literate personnel in the monitoring and operation of the treatment works, Operator work station, printer, UPS for power backup
