Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles, homogenious texture glossy finished , chemically coated machine pressed 30 cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floor with gray cement and pigment and including 20 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE(I).

Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x 250x 7 mm/ 450X 350X 7mm thick as in vertical surfaces , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Size/Shade/Colour of tile shall be approved by the AGE(I).

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.
