Repair of Unserviceble LED Light on the pole/building /watch tower/sunshelter by refreshing of connection , changing of connector, changing of Wire, tighting of wire on ACSR conductor, etc complete all asspecified and directed. Note (i) cost of connector and suitable size of Cu/Al wire up to 1.5 mtr shall be measured in quoted rate. (ii) Supervisor complain receive from power house on daily basis. (iii) Cost of necessary T&P items shall be deeemed to be included in the quoted rate NOTE for BOQ S No 1 & 2 : In case item no 2 is executed at any site then the item no 1 will not be paid. It must be kept in mind that only one of the item no 1 or 2 will be paid at a site.

Taking down carefully unserviceable street light fitting form pole/ building/watch tower/sunshelter, repair the same and re-fixing on the exiting location including cleaning and electrically connected and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Spare / fittings though replaced shall be measured and paid for separately as supply only. (ii) Cost of necessary T&P items shall be deeemed to be included in the quoted rate

Supply only LED driver suitable for 45 Watt open type complete all as specified as directed. NOTE for BOQ S. No 3 to 7 : The complete quantity of driver as required in S. no 3 to 7 shall be procured in maximum two installment with min 60 % in first installemt and same shall be stored with the Eng-in-charge along with purchase voucher.

Supply only LED driver suitable for 70/72 Watt open type complete all as specified as directed.

Supply only LED driver Suitable for 120/150 Watt open type complete all as specified as directed.

Supply only LED driver suitable for 200 Watt open type complete all as specified as directed.

S & F as in repair for 72W LED (CCT 5700-6500K), street light made of aluminium die case housing with powder coating with toughned glass, having excellent thermal management along with IP66 protection, complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-charge. With efficiency not less than 110lm/W along with SPD of 10KV included in the quoted rate. All the LED fixtures shall be warrented for a period of 5 Years against servecibility / Performance NOTES : (i) Cost of necessary T&P items shall be deeemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) Cost up to 1.00 Rm, size 2.5Sqmm of 3core copper wire for connection are included in the quoted rate. NOTE for BOQ S. No 8 to 11 : The complete quantity of LED lights as required in S. no 8 to 11 shall be procured in maximum two installment with min 60 % in first installemt and same shall be stored with the Eng-in-charge along with purchase voucher.

S & F as in repair for 50 Watt LED ( CCT 5700 - 6500 K ), Flood light made of aluminium die cast housing with power coating, having excellent thermal management along with IP 66 protection with clamp as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. with efficiency of 130 lm/W and lumen output of >= 11000 lumen .All the LED fixtures shall be warrented for a period of 5 Year against serviceability / Performance. NOTES : (i) Cost of necessary T&P items shall be deeemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) Cost up to 1.00 Rm, size 2.5Sqmm of 3core copper wire for connection are included in the quoted rate. (iii) Cost of necessary fitting and fixtures including clamps for surface mounting shall be included in the quoted rate.

S & F as in repair for 150 Watt LED ( CCT 5700 - 6500 K ), Flood light made of aluminium die cast housing with power coating, having excellent thermal management along with IP 66 protection with clamp as per site requirment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. with efficiency of 130 lm/W and lumen output of >= 11000 lumen .All the LED fixtures shall be warrented for a period of 5 Year against serviceability / Performance. NOTES : (i) Cost of necessary T&P items shall be deeemed to be included in the quoted rate (ii) Cost up to 1.00Rm, size 2.5Sqmm of 3core copper wire for connection are included in the quoted rate. (iii) Cost of necessary fitting and fixtures including clamps for surface mounting shall be included in the quoted rate.

Comprehensive maintenance of high mast pole including oiling and greasing of three phase motor, chain pully ,cable connector and replacement of old u/s mcb, contactor, start & stop switch and control wiring ,time switch etc complete as directed. Note : Spare part are inclusive in quoted rate by site serviceing of high mast in tech and domestic area

Dismantling , cutting and removing the burnt windings from the three phase eletric motor of highmast system, rewinding with suitable size/gauge of super enameled/copper conductor and other approved insulating materials, heating, drying and replacement of existing size of mototr cable including varnishing, overhauling, reassembling the motor, installing, commissioning, testing and connecting up complete aal as specified and directed. Note :- Cost of copper binding wire is included in quoted rate.

S & F in repair Power contactors MNX 32 Amp, coil voltage 230V AC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 'C' series TPN MCB 63 Amp, 10 KA complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out/taking down old unserviceable, underground cable of any size with cable protection from any location , keeping in safe custody and relaying with using of same brick & connecting after replacement of straight through joint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Excavation & earthwork and defective cable paid seperately (ii) laying of old brick and slab are included in quoteted rate

Excavation in trenches,n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation laying of cables ,etc or for shafts,wells,cesspits,manholes,pier holes,etc. n exc 10 sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/lose soil complete all as specified and directed

Returning, filling in including spreading,levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soft/loose soil under floor complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed..

M & L for sand cushioing for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L including testing of XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor ,1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 6.00Sqmm,4.00 core, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F cable junction box IP 66, halogen free and weather proof for outdoor installation of street lights, of size (200x160x98) mm fixed on pole complete with terminals ( Make : Hensel or equivalent make) after dismantling, existing U/S street light junction boxes any sizes & type, disconnection of existing cable connection/re-connection of cables etc complete incl, supply & fixing M.S flat iron clamps of suitable size complete all as specified and directed.
