Supply, fixing, jointing, testing aerial bunch cable (AB cable) HT XLPE insulated, screened armoured aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed power cable, cable comprise of 3 XLPE insulated single phase cables twisted around a bare messenger wire, which will carry the weight of composite cable and confirming to IS-8130-1984, IS-398 (Partt-IV)-1994, IS-7098 (Part-II)-2011 and IS-5831-1984 with upto date amendments if any, aluminium/ alloy conductor of 11 KV grade suitable for earthed system of size 3 core x 95 sqmm and 1 x 70 sqmm aerial bunch cable fix in existing HT pole with all fixing Dead End clamps, Suspension clamps. I Hook, nut, bolts etc as per manufacturer's recommendation complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, fixing, jointing, testing aerial bunch cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor end termination heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm x 1 complete all as specifiled.

Supply, fixing, jointing, testing aerial bunch cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor straight through heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE insulated armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm x 3 complete all as specifiled.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning switch air break gang operated tripple pole out door type with 9 Nos insulator and drop out switch fuse unit on HT 11 KV 50 cycle AC suitable for current rating upto 200 amps, mechanically operated mounted on insulator and frame with operating mechanism worked from ground level with and including locking arrangement complete all as specifiled and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning HT lightening arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings discharging capacity 65 KA 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of OH ACSR conductor of any size and type complete all as specifiled and as directed.

Dismantling of LT insulators any type/ size complete all as directed.

Dismantling LT cross arms of MS channels or angle, section etc complete and setting aside for re use or as directed.

Dismantling of old unserviceable earth wire/cradles of any size or distributor span, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and errection truely vertical steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP - 22 (9.00 metres long) including cast Iron base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws including internal surface painted with black bituminous paint and external surface painted with two coats of aluminuim paint over one coat of red oxide primer from top of pole to 1.50m above from top of PCC coping and from top of PCC coping to 1.50 m height portion of pole to be painted with black and white colour paint in alternate strip of width 30 cm and embedded portion shall be painted with black bitumen paint complete all as specifiled and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches for depth exceeding 1.5 m and n exc 1.5 m wide and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrodes of size 600 x 600 mm x 6.00 mm thick burried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron 4 mm Wire earth lead by means of GI nuts, GI bolts, check nuts, GI washers and protected by galvanised Iron pipe 15 mm bore (Medium grade) including connecting to HT panel and 20 mm bore galvanised Iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, providing charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers including PCC chamber pit with PCC (1:3:6) type CI (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) and precast RCC cover slab flush to earth pit 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 100 mm c/c and including necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.
