Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr. The rate is including octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm (three point fifteen millimetre) thick welded with angle iron frame 30 X 30 X 5 mm (thirty into thirty into five millimetre) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, in all heights of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in Foundation, footings basis of columns etcetera and mass concrete as per specifications approved drawing , design, as per the entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated cement concrete 1:4:8 (one cement: four sand : eight graded crushed / broken stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimeters) nominal size ) and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge . including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 ( M-ten) nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six crushed stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size excluding the cost of form work in foundation & Plinth and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge .The rate is including octroi, royality, GST, toll tax, or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work in single section including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of lead paint in beams joists channels, angles, tee,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and similar work as per specification, approved drawing , design, as per the entire satsifaction and direction of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm (four millimetre) of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm (fifty into fifty millimetre) including strengthening with 2 mm (two millimetre) dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, sale tax, toll tax, GST and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government.
