Outsourcing of services for running & operation of Diesel Generator Set installation alongwith all connected equipments at Military Exchange Area including keeping the installation clean, rectifying minor repairs, day to day routine maintenance etc. all as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge by engaging the following tradesman three shifts per day on all the days of calender month including sundays and holidays with reliever on duty. (a) Electrician/ Mechanic FGM (Skilled Tradesman) - 01 No. per shift of 8 hours (A) Military Exchange DG set installation consists of the following :- (i) DG Set alongwith electric control panel board - 2 Nos.

(a) Electrician/ Mechanic FGM (Skilled Tradesman) - 01 No. per shift of 8 hours (A) Military Hospital DG set installation consists of the following :- (i) DG Set alongwith electric control panel board - 1 No. (ii) APFC Panel - 1 No. (iii) RMU - 1 No. (iv) Package type AC Plant - 1 No.

Outsourcing of services for running & operation of Diesel Generator Set installation alongwith all connected equipments at Records MLI Area including keeping the installation clean, rectifying minor repairs, day to day routine maintenance etc. all as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge by engaging the following tradesman one shift per day i.e from 0800 hrs to 1600 hrs on all the days of calender month including sundays and holidays with reliever on duty. (a) Electrician/ Mechanic FGM (Skilled Tradesman) - 01 No. per shift of 8 hours (A) Records MLI DG set installation consists of the following :- (i) DG Set alongwith electric control panel board - 1 No.

Notes for Item No 1 to 3 above :-

Contractor shall provide necessary Log books/ Stationary required for recording the running of the DG sets as per the sample provided by the Department.

Contractor shall provide Consumables like cotton waste, grease, petroleum jelly, distilled water, etc. for day to day maintenance of DG sets.

Contractor shall provide necessary uniform & protective clothing for the people employed with the name and firm name to be printed on the uniform as approved by Engineer - in - Charge.

Contractor shall provide necessary Tools for routine maintenance & operation of installation.

Daily maintenance of equipments installed in the installations like checking the Engine Oil, Diesel, distilled water in battery, transmission belts tension, water in the radiator, leakages in the DG Sets, incoming Voltage, Ampere, Frequency, electric connections tightening and all specifications mentioned in PS Clouse.

The Tradesmen shall be ITI qualified in the relevant field with sufficient practical experience.

All the people deployed shall be police verified.

All the people deployed shall be issued with photo identity card.

All the Labour laws shall be followed and minimum fair wages to be paid to the people deployed as per the labour law through Aadhar linked Bank A/C and necessary documents to be submitted to Engineer-in-charge every month.

Outsourcing of services for running and operation of Swimming pool, filtration plant and filtering pool water in turn over cycle time of 08 hours, alongwith all connected equipments at RMS BELGAUM, including keeping the installation clean, rectifying minor repairs, day to day routine maintenance, etc. all as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge by engaging the following tradesman two shifts per day on all the days of calender month including sundays and holidays with reliever on duty.. (a) Electrician/ Mechanic FGM (Skilled Tradesman) - 01 No. per shift of 8 hours (A) Swimming pool at RMS BELGAUM consists of the following :- (i) Swimming pool of size 20.5M X 9.1M X 1.2 TO 3M DEPTH - 1 No. (ii) Balancing Tank of size 3.6M X 2.9MX 4M DEPTH - 1 No. (iii) Pressure sand filter of capacity 60CUM - 1 No. (iv) Centrifugal pumping set 7.5 HP - 02 Nos (v) Pool cleaner/ Suction Sweeper, type semi automatic with nylon brush 50 M long poly propolene rope of 3/4 inch size, including accessories - 01 No. (vi) Hair and lint catcher stainless steel - 01 No. (vii) Chlorine and alum doser with dosing pump - 02 Nos (viii) Pool filtration piping - 01 set (ix) Drain chamber - 01 No. (x) LT Panel boards OF SWIMMING POOL complete.

Notes for Item No 4 above :-

Operator shall be ITI qualified from the approved govt. Institution and shall have adequate experience in the respective field. The operator shall be well conversant with the functioning of swimming pool and connected equipments and shall have adequate knowledge of day to day routine maintenance.

The treatment of water shall be carried out as per direction of Engineer - in - charge and the materials required for the same such as liquid alum, chloride powder, copper sulphate or any other material required for treatment of water will be issued by dept.

Contractor shall provide necessary Log books/ Stationary required for recording the running of the installations as per the sample provided by the Department.

Contractor shall provide Consumables like cotton waste, lubricants, etc. for day to day maintenance of pumpsets and equipments.

Contractor shall provide necessary uniform & protective clothing with the name and firm name to be printed on the uniform, shoes, masks, etc. for the operators employed as approved by Engineer - in - Charge. All safety precaution as per industrial safety act will be adhered by contractor and any accident due to lack of knowledge of operator / mishandling will rest with the contractor

Contractor shall provide necessary tools, accessories required for disinfection of water, cleaning materials, etc. with out any extra cost to the department. for routine maintenance & operation of installation.

Daily maintenance of equipments installed in the installations and all specifications mentioned in PS Clauses shall be carried out by the operators.

All the people deployed shall be police verified.

All the people deployed shall be issued with photo identity card.

All the Labour laws shall be followed and minimum fair wages to be paid to the people deployed as per the labour law through Aadhar linked Bank A/C.

Outsourcing of services for running & operation of external electric distribution system from Globe area Main Receiving Sub station to RA Line Sub station alongwith all connected electrical installations/ equipments in the connected sub stations including keeping the sub stations clean, rectifying minor repairs, day to day routine inspection of connected RMUs, two pole/ four pole structures, etc. all as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge by engaging the following tradesman three shifts per day on all the days of calender month including sundays and holidays with reliever on duty. (a) Electrician ( ITI qualified Skilled Electrician) - 01 No. per shift of 8 hours (A) The areas covered for running and operation of installations under this item shall be of :- GLOBE, DESOUZA, PC WING, MLIRC, RMS, LAXMITEK, HARSHAN ENCLAVE

Outsourcing of services for running & operation of external electric distribution system from RA Line Sub station to Globe area Main Receiving Sub station alongwith all connected electrical installations/ equipments in the connected sub stations including keeping the sub stations clean, rectifying minor repairs, day to day routine inspection of connected RMUs, two pole/ four pole structures, etc. all as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge by engaging the following tradesman two shifts per day on all the days of calender month including sundays and holidays with reliever on duty. (a) Electrician ( ITI qualified Skilled Electrician) - 01 No. per shift of 8 hours (A) The areas covered for running and operation of installations under this item shall be of :- RA LINE, QUEENS GARDEN, MH, RMS, GLOBE LBS

Notes for Item No 5 & 6 above :-

The operator shall be ITI qualified from the approved Govt. Institution and shall have adequate experience in the respective field. The operator shall be well conversant with the functioning of Electrical sub stations/ RMU and connected equipments and shall have adequate knowledge of day to day routine operation.

In case of any electric supply breakdown the operator shall liaise with HESCOM to communicate the reasons and intimate tentaive time of electric supply restoration.

The operator shall predict the fault if any occurs during the working hours and immediately isolate the affected pockets and shall take corrective steps to restore electric supply under guidance of Engineer-in-charge/ JE.

The contractor shall arrange to the operator without any extra cost to the Dept., a two wheeler and a mobile phone for communication and co-ordination between substations and other electricians for smooth functioning of External distribution services.

Contractor shall provide necessary Log books/ Stationary required for recording the running of the electrical installations as per the sample provided by the Department.

Contractor shall provide Consumables like cotton waste, etc. for day to day maintenance of substations and connected equipments.

Contractor shall provide necessary uniform & protective clothing with the name and firm name to be printed on the uniform, shoes, gloves, etc. for the operators employed as approved by Engineer - in - Charge. All safety precaution as per industrial safety act will be adhered by contractor and any accident due to lack of knowledge of operator / mishandling will rest with the contractor and any damage occured to the Govt property shall be made good by the contractor without any extra cost to the Dept.

Contractor shall provide necessary tools, accessories required for outine maintenance & operation of installation without any extra cost to the department.

Daily maintenance of equipments installed in the installations and all specifications mentioned in PS Clauses shall be carried out by the operators.

All the people deployed shall be police verified.

All the people deployed shall be issued with photo identity card.

All the Labour laws shall be followed and minimum fair wages to be paid to the people deployed as per the labour law through Aadhar linked Bank A/C.
