Civil Work:- Excavtion in foundation, trenches etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work jumper work, blasting work in soft/hard rock, chiselling in soft/hard rock including wedging out upto all lift, stacking the excavated soil upto all lead clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when requaired into plinths, sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

As per direction and to the antire satiafaction of the Engineer-in- charge in all lead and lifts.

Providing and laying interlocking paver block (NTC make) in Gray Cement and under layer of sand 0.125 mtr.or 125 mm thick average complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying Kota stone slab flooring 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat of neat cement (40 mm thick) as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 1½ : 3 ( 1 cement : 1½ : sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Foundation, footing, basis of columns and the like mass concrete.as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 2 : 4 ( 1 cement : 2 : sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinfocement for reinforced concrete work in :

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level. as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm, so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuttering , strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4meters and removal of the same for insitu reinforced concrete and plain.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like floors upto 200mm kin thickness upto all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surfaces such as wall (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses plinth and string courses and the like upto all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beams, cantilever, girder and lintel sides and soffits of beams haunchings cantilevers girder, bressumers and lintel not exceeding one meter in depth in all heights from floor as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing/Fixing 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyester (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyester of 5 micron over 5 micron primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts & nuts 6mm dia with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Providing, Laying of Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position including wire upto all floor level as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay 2nd class building bricks in super structure above plinth level upto floor two level in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) including curing complete as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Providing 40x3mm flat iron hold fast 40mm cms long including fixing to frames with 10mm dia bolts, nuts and wooden plug and embedding in cc block 30x10x15 cms 1:3:6 (1 Cement:3 sand : draded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surface after and I/c preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease,dirt and other foreign matter with ready mixed paint other than white as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lift.

Painting two coat (excluding Priming coat ) on new wood and wood based surface with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade I/c cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with while enamel paint as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

Painting two coat (excluding Priming coat ) on new steel and other metal surfaces with ready mixed paint brushing to give an even shade I/c cleaning of all dirt dust and other foreign matter, sand papering and stopping with other than white paint as per direction and to the entire satisfaciton of Engineer-in-charge upto all lead and lifts.

P/F M.S. BP Sheet 1.66 mm to 2mm thick in eves board/facia/soffits/celing including cutting,fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in -Charge ( Base member of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface two coats to give an even shade I/c throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt, dust, mortar dust and other foreign matter as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in builtup section trusses & framed work including cutting , hosting and fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint. In Beams joists channels ,angles , tee ,flats with connecting plates or angle cleats as in main and cross beams,hip and jack rafters,purlins connected to common rafters and the like upto all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing water fountain with pond included 4 nos water proof lights and submersible pump of 0.50 HP including all installation and transportation complete (Pond inner dia 10X10ft. height 8-9 ft. two tyre one 42" and 2nd 30" 1 plate 18") as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Provision for structural design and drawing (after acertaining the safe bearing capapcity of the soil at site) the architecture drawing of whole components. The structural design & drawing for all the structures duly vetted from PEC Chandigarh/NIT's/IIT's shall be submitted by the contractor before start of work.

Providing and fixing High mast light including cost of 12.5 mtrs pole and 4 Nos. light of 150 watts of approved manufacture upto all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Beautification:- Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and spreading of sand in lawn area, including watering, and dressing complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete within all leads and lifts as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Mixing earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earthy 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and stacking of Junipures or Thujja plant as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge

Digging holes in ordinary soil and refilling the same with the excavated earth mixed with manure or sludge in the ratio of 2:1 by volume (2 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : 1 part of stacked volume of manure after reduction by 8%) flooding with water, dressing including removal of rubbish and surplus earth, if any, with all leads and lifts (cost of manure, sludge or extra good earth if needed to be paid for separately) as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
