1) Erection of stage with strong bamboo posts of dia 100 mm with necessary props, ties etc and platform of stage should be of strong wooden planks with both side stair and railling etc. including floor mating, flower decoration, hire and labour charges of all materials, carriage and all taxes in complete as per direction of the authority. Size of Stage is 30' x 25' x 4'. One no. Green Room and one no. waiting room of size 20'x25' respectively should be attached with the stage. The structures will be stand in field for 12 days - 1 No. 2) Erection of temporary pandel for audience with strong bamboo posts of dia 100 mm with polythene/water proff tarpaulin shade on roof. The height of ceiling not less than 8.5 mtr. The roof covering with Two side sloping including hire and labour charges of all materials, carriage and all taxes in complete as per direction of the authority. Auditorium of size 40' x 100'. The structures will be stand in field for 12 days - 1 No. 3) Errection of main entrance gate with bamboo structure and white cloth including flower decoration as per direction of the authority. Size of gate - 12' x 3' on both side and 20' x 3' on top. The structures will be stand in field for 12 days - 1 No. 4) Errection of welcome / information gate with bamboo structure and white cloth as per direction of the authority. Size of gate - 15' x 3' on both side and 25' x 3' on top. Position of gate will be fixed by the authority. The structures will be stand in field for 12 days - 2 Nos. 5) Erection of temporary pandel for different stalls with strong bamboo posts of dia 100 mm with polythene/water proff tarpaulin shade on roof and 3 side wall covering with cloth of white and blue colour. The height of ceiling not less than 3.0 mtr. 8' additional roof covering shed outside the stalls should be provided. The roof covering with one side sloping including hire and labour charges of all materials, carriage and all taxes in complete as per direction of the authority. Stall of size 10' x 10'. The structures will be stand in field for 12 days - 32 Nos. 6) Erection of temporary pandel for different stalls with strong bamboo posts of dia 100 mm with polythene/water proff tarpaulin shade on roof and 3 side wall covering with cloth of white and blue colour. The height of ceiling not less than 3.0 mtr. The roof covering with one side sloping including hire and labour charges of all materials, carriage and all taxes in complete as per direction of the authority. Stall of size 15' x 15'. The structures will be stand in field for 12 days - 8 Nos. 7) Errection of wall with 10'-0" height GCI sheet 0.50 mm th walling & fixing them with necessary bamboo structure. The structure will be supported by bamboo frames or Salbullah. The structures will be stand in field for 12 days - 850 ft. 8) Errection of temporary Toilet & Urinal units with GCI sheet as per direction by the authority. The structures will be stand in field for 12 days - 8 Nos. 9) Hire Charges of PVC Table (4' x 2'6") with table cover including hire and labour charges of all materials and carriage and all taxes in complete for 12 days @ 120 nos. pe day - 1440 Nos. 10) Hire Charges of PVC Chair (Arm less) including hire and labour charges of all materials and carriage and all taxes in complete for 12 days @ 600 nos. per day - 7200 Nos. 11) Hire Charges of VIP Chair with cover including hire and labour charges of all materials and carriage and all taxes in complete for 12 days @ 30 nos. per day - 360 Nos. 12) Hire Charges of Sofa (Sigle + Double) with cover for 12 days @ 3 nos. per day - 36 Nos. 13) Hire Charges of Dust Bin Drum including hire and labour charges of all materials and carriage and all taxes in complete for 12 days @ 50 nos. per day - 600 Nos.
