Comprehensive operation & Maintenance Charges (Per Month) for 06 Cum Capacity Truck Mounted Road Sweeping Machine Working Hours: 08 Hours/Day (Excluding Diesel & GST) which includes as mentioned below. 1. Driver/Operator Salary 2. Weekly machine maintenance 4*4 gear oil level checking Blower baring grease checking, Engine oil checking, Compressor oil checking, Air filter cleaning with vibrator, Hydraulic level checking, Water level checking. 3. Engine Servicing Maintenance 4. Vehicle Repairs (Major & Minor) 5. Brushs Replacement (Main & Side Brushes) for every 20 days 6. Hydraulic System Maintenance 7. Suction System & Fan Maintenance 8. Labor Charges for Technicians 9. Spare Parts Replacement 10. Tyre Maintenance/ Replacement 11. Lubricants, Oils & amp; Consumables 12. Electrical & Control System Repairs 13. Machine Cleaning Housekeeping Every 400 hours all variable components (Like compressor, belts, motor etc.,) servicing is to attended must and should. Note: The quoted monthly rate is exclusive of Diesel and applicable GST.
