M&L for inspecting and servicing of electric overhead traveling (EOT) crane of capacity 5 Ton installed at tech area (AF) station Chandigarh including assemblies inspection to maintenance of following:- (a) longitude travel motion and cross travel motion: (i) Checking of gear box oil level and filling with required oil. (ii) Brake adjustment. (iii) Checking of long travel & cross travel wheel for any noise/ malfunctioning. (iv) Checking grease of gear coupling, nut tightening and replacement of grease nipple. (v) Checking of oil in hydraulic thruster brake, and filling with required qty of oil. (vi) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value etc. (vii) Checking the cut off at extreme ends with the limit switch. (viii) Checking and greasing of shaft pedestal.

(b) Hoist motion: (i) Checking gear box oil level and filling with required oil. (ii) Brake adjustment. (iii) Checking of main bearings of the rope drum including greasing the same. (iv) Checking grease of geared couplings and nut tightening. (v) Checking of oil in hydraulic thruster brake and filling with required qty of oil. (vi) Checking of electric motor connections, insulation resistance value. (vii) Checking wire rope for any damage & greasing the rope. (viii) Adjustment of the rotary limit switch. (ix) Checking of bearing of the hook and greasing the same. (c) Electric panel. (i) Checking of contactors for overheating or flashing. (ii) General checking of contacts and connections thimbles etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement gear key of EOT crane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement coupling kit of EOT crane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement 6 sqmm 3 core PVC insulated and FRLS PVC round sheathed Copper conductor (Flexible) industrial cable 1100 volts conforming to IS 694 of the crane motor complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of carbon bush set 160 Amp complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of brake set of EOT crane 5 ton capacity of make as per site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling and re-alignment of unserviceable manually operated hanger doors of any size/ height including replacement of defective bearing and grinding of wheels for smooth movement of doors, replacement of clamps, bolts etc. including cleaning, oiling and greasing of moveable parts and welding work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable manually operated hanger door wheel with pin and supply, fixing and testing hanger door wheel with pin in existing size suitable for hanger door and model complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for overhauling and re-alignment of unserviceable door rolling shutters of area not exceeding 12 Sqm including replacement of defective bearing and grinding of wheels for smooth movement of doors, replacement of clamps, bolts etc. including cleaning, oiling and greasing of moveable parts and welding work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning DOL starter in sheet steel enclosure single phase starter type MK-I, single phase DOL, 6-10 A, 360 volts including taking down existing starter of any type & capacity complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: L&T/ BCH/ SIEMENS/ C&S.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning reverse starter 3 phase, 415 volts, 20/ 15HP/ KW, relay rating 23-32 Amp, SS enclosure grouting in wall including making all incoming & outgoing connection and testing in full load including taking down existing reverse starter of any type & capacity from hanger door complete all as specified and directed. MAKE: C&S/ BCH/ SIEMENS/ L&T/ HAVELLS.

M&L for attending hanger motorized doors complaints of any nature pertaining to electrical & mechanical problem of hanger motorized door like long travel, all motion motors, control panel, pendent control box, MCB's contactors, steel wire rope, control cable, push greasing of rope, loose nut bolts etc. and rectification of the fault and replacing the unserviceable items as per site requirement including making connection and testing after completion of Job complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out unserviceable steel wire rope of any size from hangar door and supply, fixing, testing & commissioning steel wire rope multi stranded 6/ 19 center fiber core, 6 to 8mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Usha Martin/ MAHADEV or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking out unserviceable steel wire rope of any size from hangar door and supply fixing testing & commissioning steel wire rope multi stranded 6/ 19 center fiber core, 10 to 12mm dia complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Usha Martin/ MAHADEV or equivalent as approved by GE.

Taking out old unserviceable ball bearing of any size and supply and fixing of ball bearing (Hanger Door) 6308 ZZ/ as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old burnt out unserviceable motor 5 HP capacity and transporting to workshop to facilitate the repair work and carrying out repair work as under:- (i) Strip opening of the burnt stator of 5 HP induction motor and taking out the burnt copper wire from stator. (ii) Cleaning of the stator slots and removing the unwanted deposit in the stator. (iii) M&L for rewinding of the motor with standard gauge super enameled copper wire and varnishing the same after rewinding including insulating materials etc. (iv) Assembling of the motor and transporting to the camp site for fixing in the door mechanism. (v) Testing for same for its operation to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 17.00 above but for 6 HP capacity.

M&L for comprehensive systematic maintenance and annual inspection service of fire alarm system to provide routine maintenance, examination, service according to recommended schedule of maintenance/ service by the manufacturer in working hrs (i.e. Monday to Friday from 0900 to 1700 Hrs) except scheduled holidays to furnish the necessary parts and cleaning material including the replacement of any defected parts of misc nature and ensure overall serviceability of the fire alarm system including repair/ maintenance of the following parts of the system in addition to attend for annual government inspection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement smoke detector model EN-45 addressable type and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L opening and servicing of panel 8 zone including repair/ replacement and updation of electronic components including replacement of battery set wiring, nuts bolts, switch, sockets etc. wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete servicing with necessary repair/ replacement of MCP and hooter complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for visiting and labour charges once in three months including inspecting all the smoke detectors, MCP, hooters including general maintenance like fitting/ tightening of connections and clearing all issues if any for un-interrupted working of the fire alarm system complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: The contractor shall replace of spares/ components free of cost related to the normal wear and tear and other minor electrical/ electronic or mechanical parts as required at the time of inspection for smooth functioning of system all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply, install, connecting & commissioning in replacement battery 12 volts DC 180 AH 25 plates, including disconnecting & taking out old & depositing in MES store yard, complete all as specified and directed. Make: Amaron/ TATA Green/ Standard.

M&L for complete servicing of centrifugal fire pump of fire hydrant system electrically operated horizontal suction centrifugal type of discharge 2280 LPM at 70 meter head electrically operated 415 volts, 3 Phase, 50 Hz by performing the servicing including taking out coupling with pull hook, loosening the bolts and taking out rotor assembly from pump body, dismantling the impeller after measuring axel and reduced run out of rotor, cleaning of impeller guide after scraping off and rusting out in inner and outer surface of impeller, greasing to bearing gland, replacement of water seal pipe, oil ring, cleaning of bearing with gasoline etc, assembly of complete engine after complete servicing and filling hole with oil after checking crank flexibility, adding lubrications to required parts and testing the pump for trouble free operation complete including painting of pumping set with 2 coats of super enameled paint of required shade at site complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) Any damage to engine will be the responsibility of contractor. (ii) Cost of bearings, seals and caps required for servicing of engine shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

All as per item No. 26.00 above but jockey pump horizontal end suction centrifugal type with discharge 180 LPM at 70 meter head operated at 440 volts 3 phase 50 Hz.

M&L for opening of the motor 50 HP, 440 volts, 3 phase 50 Hz pumping set from installation, taking out rotor with the help of puller, varnishing and replacement of teared bushes assembly of the motor and connecting with pump set, scrapping of rust and greasing material and applying 2 coats of heat resistant paint in outer casing of motor complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 29.00 above but of capacity 15 HP.

S&F in replacement cast iron strainer for 150mm dia pipe, PN10 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 31.00 above but suitable for 100mm dia pipe.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of fire alarm control panel complying with as per existing make and model compatible with BS EN 54 five loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules and upto 200 detectors and modules (per each loop) complete with all related accessories like harnessing, wiring and other fitments and fixtures complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 39.00 single loop panel of capacity from 99 detectors & 99 modules upto 200 detectors and modules.

M&L for repair and complete servicing of the main panel of electrically operated hanger doors located at 44 Sqn (3 Nos doors at both right & left side) complete including replacement of components as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only of components shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only the following components for main panel of electrically operated hanger door:-

MNX A2 Contactor.

Power terminal 1-20.

VMP 32 A2 relay.

Push button for start/ stop function.

M&L for complete wiring of the panel including harnessing and all fittings and fixtures required at site to make the panel serviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair and complete servicing of the main panel of electrically operated hanger doors located at 44 Sqn (13 No. doors at both front & rear side) complete including replacement of components as required at site complete all as specified and directed. Note: Supply only of components shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply only the following components for main panel of electrically operated hanger door:-
