M& L for Compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc of Fe 410-W(GdeE- 250) qualityA complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Fe 410-W(GdeE- 250) quality A MS Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment.

M&L MS rolled section of grade Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 (beam, tee, angle channel ot flat section) as in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins, crane gantries rails, and fastening and heavy bracket framing including destance pieces, wind tie, cleats etc. and one coat of zinc chromate primer plaint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing flow applied epoxy resin based flooring of 4mm total thickness with 2mm thick high strength self smoothing under lay with three compound system comprising of epoxy resin base, resin hardner & filler Nitofloor EU5 of M/s Fosroc or equivalent approved make as specified here in after and floor topping with self-smoothing epoxy polyurethane 2 mm thick NitoflorEPU2000 of M/s Fosroc or equivalent approved make as specified here in after ) over a coat of solvent based Epoxy Resin Primer Nitoprime 25 designed for maximum absorbtion and adhesive to concrete substrate on existing floor by using stiff brushes and/or rollers for primer and serrated trowels and spiked nylon rollers for finishing coat including preparation of existing flooring cut open all anchor grooves along floor topping termination points , all crackes in the floor concrete preparing the surface of concrete substrate with scarification or by suitable mechanical means and cleaning the surface with industrial vaccume cleaner to remove all foreign matter , dust and debris etc including filling the cut open grooves with same material , finishing the surface to even and plain surface using suitable means to remove all imperfections , trowel marks and entrapped air complete all as specified as directed and as per manufacturer's instructions. Note: The work shall be executed by the Authorised Applicator of the manufacturer under the guidance of manufacturer of epoxy flooring .Make: M/s Fosroc chemicals India (P) Ltd or M/s STP Ltd or M/s BASF India Ltd.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint on new steel surface exc 10 cm width or girth on 01 coat of primer (Red oxide Zinc chrome) incl preparation of new surfaces complete.

Preparation of New or previously untreated surfaces of cement or plastered surfaces, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and applying 3mm thick wall care putty and primer on wall surface to achieve even and smooth surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls.

Material & Labour for applying wall care putty of 1mm thick over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth and applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces.

M&L hard core of broken stone or boulders of guage not exc 63mm but n exc 40mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II: E/M WORKS

Supplying, installing testing and commissioning of Analogue Addressable type Single Loop Fire Alarm Control Panel with 99 detectors & 99 Modules & up to 200 Detectors and Modules per each loop, expandable Up to 1000 fire detection zones, with UL/ULC/ LPCB/ FM listed and complying with BS EN 54 Parts 2 and 4 along with Network interface Card and Lead Acid Battery backup for 08 Hours normal operation and 15 minutes alarm operation, the control panel, battery charger including provision of protective cover as and where required and taking down existing old panel of any description and type complete all as specified and as directed and consistiong of lthe following features:-

Supply and Laying of 20mm Stove enamelled rigid steel conduit for Surface area Including Bends, Junction Boxes,couplings, Base Saddles, Screws Etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, single phase naturally air cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 170 V to 250 V with output voltage stabilized at 230 V with accuracy of ± 2.5% and of capacity 2.0 KVA

Supply, Installation erection, testing and commissioning of indoor type heavy duty single grider hand operated traveling (HOT) overhead crane, capable of handling 1.0 tonne main hoist with Span of 08-09 metres (exact dimension should be measured after installation of girders on both side of walls by B/R) , with height of lift 4-5 meter, single box girder type main gantry girder with necessary steel supporting structure and crab with clear hook height of 4-5 metres from the floor of corridor all as specified complete with all assessories/equipments and painted all as per OEM specification as approved by Accepting officer. HOT crane shall be provided with the following specifications and capable for Hand operating movements: (i) Longitudinal travel shall be limited to 0.5 m away from the walls on both ends. (ii) HOT crane shall be provided with the longitudional ,transverse and up & down movements (iii) Capacity of crane : 1.0 Tonne single girder (iv) Clear Span : 08-09 Mtr approx. (v) Bay lengh : 10 Mtr approx (vi)Llift height : 4-5 Mtr from the floor, C hook with swiveling lockand safety latch

NOTE 1:- (a) The crane shall be tested stage wise for 25%, 50%, 75%,100% (full load) and 25% overloadis to be carried out. All materials and manpower required for the testing arrangements is deemed to be included in the quoted rate and nothing extra is admissible. (b) Guard shall be provided all along the length with approach ladders on both the sides of crane with hand rail on both the sides of ladder at a suitable level and the ladders should have landing platforms at every 4 to 5m or less . (c) Clear span and bay length specified and shown on building are only indicative. The tenderer shall visit the site and as certain exact span and bay length before quoting the rates. (d) Gantry rail made up of 50 mm square bar duly welded to ISMC beam longitudinally including painting with 2 coats of epoxy paint over red oxide primer all as specified deemed to be included in quoted rate. (e) Dimensions,capacities/sizes of equipments/ accessories mentoned on drawing are minimum to be provided. Prior approval of Accepting Officer shall be obtained for the detailed construction drg of HOT crane and the rates quoted above shall deemed to include such provisions and its accessories before execution of work.

(f) The crane should be manufactured as per latest IS standard and safety factors. The final drawing and design of the crane shall be got approved from IIT / NIT and shall be submitted to Accepting Officer before manufacturing of the crane.

(g) Any technical clarifications regarding size, capacity, rating and specification and drawings may please be clarified by the bidder from the E-4 section of HQ CWE(V) before the Bid is submitted, he should also visit the site where the crane are being installed before submitting the Bid. Note 2-Gaurds will be provided with approch ladder on both sides of Long traval at a suitable level and ladders should have landing paltforms at both end with guards and side railing. Note 3- Mechanical stopper will be provided on both side of Main Girder as per manufacturer recommendation. Note 4- If Any work not specified above, but considered necessary for efficient installation , working and performance of HOT Crane Shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply lay and testing of cable in trenches/walls XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable (heavy duty 1100volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25sqmm 4.0 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exc.1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified

Removing excavated surplus soils meterial not exc.50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Material and labour for natural river sand as cushioning of cables, including spreading and punning down complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge. Note : punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose

Supply and laying in trenches bricks common burnt clay building brick , sub class B designation 75 complete all as specified & directed

Supply and laying GI tubing lingh grade 40mm in trenches complete all as specified & directed by Engr in charge

M & L for point wiring of 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and stranded copper cable 1100V, FRLS grade multistranded drawn in and including 20mm PVC conduit / casing caping /concealed PVC conduit on/in walls/ceiling with tee, bend, elbows , junction box etc. with provision of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity including not less than 1.0mm thick prefabricated galvanised boxes with white modular cover plate of suitable module for fixing modular switches, sockets, regulator and connected the earth wire to common earth dolly for One light /controlled by one switch Note:-(i) The quoted rate shall includes all the cost of cutting, chasing, cementing work and making all the disturbed surfaces of wall / ceiling good to match the existing wall / ceiling along with same colour.

Material and labour in repairs for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed copper cable 1100V, FRLS grade multistranded drawn in and including 25mm surface stove enamel steel conduit on walls/ceiling with tee, bend, elbows,junction box etc. with provision of PVC insulated 1.5 sqmm copper conductor cable as earth continuity suitable for flame proof switches, sockets regulator and connected the earth wire to common earth dolly for One light point/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No. 59 above but for 5 Amp flame proof switch socket out let, independent with 1.5 sqmm copper cable of PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded and 1.5 Sqmm for earth continuity conductor, complete all as specified and directed.
