M & L for Repair to potholes any depth, not exceeding 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5kg per 10 sqm,putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping, 6.3 mm size and again well ramming (including supplying of premixed bituminous macadam and chipping) (depth of potholes exc 30mm), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M & L for Water bound macadam 150mm thick in two layers of 75mm thick each (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregate (limestone, sand stone flint or quartzite) of grading 1 (90mm to 40mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber including scrifying or picking gravelled, exc 50mm and not exc 100mm deep, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm complete all as directed and specified.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced WBM surface by brusing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituninous primer (Paving bitumen VG-30 grade) at the rate of 10 Kg per 10 Sqm and M & L for Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with paver with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix (Paving bitumen VG-30) laid with mechanically paver and material transported in tipped (covered) rolled with vibratingroller and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tones power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note: No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) is used/approved as per job mix formula in the execution of work under this item.

M & L for Premix bituminous macadam laid / rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller of paving bitumen any penetration and compacted to a required gradient and camber ( consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using binder content 4% min (Bitumen Grade-VG-30) by weight of total mix, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) is used/approved as per job mix formula in the execution of work under this item.

M & L for Preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes, sweeping with brooms & finally cleaning with air compressor to remove all loose dirt & applying evenly a priming/tack coat @ 5 Kgs per 10 Sqm Paving Bitumen (Grade-VG-10) with paving bitumen complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for for premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix using Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30 rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) is used/approved as per job mix formula in the execution of work under this item.

M & L for painting lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on roads pavement by applying thermoplastic paint conforming to IS: 164-1981 (First Rivision Reaffirmed in 1986) (5 kg/Sqm) with glass beads potters ( 250 gms) 2mm to 2.5mm thick and 10cm/15cm wide strips on bituminous road surface and road marking (by Hot Mechanical process with Road marking machine) including complete removal of dust particles by wire brushes or sweeping with brooms complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixed in repair Solar Delinators (1000x47 mm) made of polycarbonate and toughened aluminium alloy body. Height 145mm, diameter 85mm, comprises of 4 super bright LEDs which give 360 degree viewing.
