Preventive maintenance of Dumper by way of carrying out following jobs: a. Providing & Filling of M-Oil 15W40 (15 Ltrs@380/ltr) = 5700 b. Providing & Fitting of M-oil Filter (01 Set@ 1050) = 1050 c. Providing & Fitting of Diesel Filter (01 Set @1650) = 1850 d. Providing & Fitting of Air Filter assy (01 Set@2900) =3200

Overhauling of F I pump of by way of providing/fitting of below mentioned items. The job includes dismantling of pump assembly at site and fitment of Pump assembly back to vehicle after proper calibration/testing. a. Head (1 No) b. Vane pump (1 No) c. Kit set (1 No) d. Oil seal (1 No) e. Shaft bush (1 No) f. Timer gasket (1 No) g. Nozzle set (1 set) h. Timer piston (1 No) i. Cam plate (1 No) j. Nozzle testing and calibration (1 job)

Repairs to turbo charger by way of replacement of damaged parts viz: compressor wheel, turbine wheel, bearings, seals by new one. The Job includes dismantling of damaged Turbo Charger from the engine and fitting of the same after necessary repairs. The job also includes removing of old gasket material from the exhaust manifold and pipe and removing all plastic or foam blanking plugs from the turbo. The job includes the positioning of turbo on manifold or engine block using the correct new gasket or O ring and then reconnect the exhaust pipe and tighten all nuts and bolts to the correct torque. The job also include installation of new inlet and outlet air hoses to turbo charger compressor housing and make sure that the connection is airtight. The job is to be carried out utilizing the services of skilled labour with utmost care so that the components are not damaged. The job also includes shifting, handling, loading, unloading, carriage of above components from site of work to workshop and back after its repairs/replacement

Repairs and servicing to power steering pump by way of providing and fitting of shaft seal, springs, o-rings, damaged rotor vanes, e-ring, locating pins, bolts 2 No., repairing kit as per sample

Repairs to transmission System of the Vehicle by way of dismantling the transmission from the engine and removing the old damaged items and then p/f of following new items given below:-( all parts must be supplied by authorized dealer of Eicher Motors) a. P/f of Clutch Plate = 1 No b. P/f of Pressure Plate Comp. Asly = 1No c. P/f of Clutch Release Bearing =1 No

Providing and fixing of new wind shield by removing damaged wind shield. The job also includes p/f of new rubber beading and waterproofing using adhesive/sealant.
