Taking down Roof water proofing treatment/ cement plaster from roof and removing rubbish off the premises.

M & L for Brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg of cement per sq. metre

M & L for Plain Cement concrete 25 mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in roof padding

M&L for 15 mm thick screed bed on concrete surface in cement mortar 1:3 with water proofing compound before carrying out water proofing treatment over roof slab. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound [ISI marked] of approved make.

M & L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) and on primed surface by forced application and applying one coat of bituminous aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for treatment of soil under existing floor using emulsion @1litre per hole ,300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1cement:2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on wall and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over priming paint including applying 3mm thick wall care putty on walls.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on walls and applying two coats of Weather Proof Paint.

Taking down cement plastering on brick or concrete wall ,including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M & L for 25mm thick IInd class HW Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (with sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a);

S&F second class hard wood plain , solid , straight , chowkats and frames wrought , framed rebated on the solid rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints.

M&L for preparation of new wooden surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on surfaces of wood of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise described.

M&L Preparation of new plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over priming paint including applying 3mm thick wall care putty .

M & L for preparation of new plastered surface of walls and applying two coats of Exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer on external surface of walls.

Supply and fix in repair HOT dip galvanized of average galvanization thickness of not less than 65 microns octagonal poles 5 m long complete with 4 Nos x M20 X 700 MM foundation bolts with nuts & washers. The sheet thickness of pole shall be 3 mm and the size of base plate shall be 225 x 225 x 12 mm. PCD 225 mm. The bottom dia of the poles shall be 130 mm and top dia 70 mm. Material of construction of pole shall be BSEN 1005 or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note- The unit rate includes the necessary PCC work for fixing the pole including whole accessories required during the fixing with necessary pole painting as required all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
