Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.50 Sq.m each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for powder coated anodized aluminium partly paneled and partly glazed door shutter having top rail of section 85.00mmx44.45mmx2.00mm, bottom rail of section 85.00mmx44.45mmx2.00mm thick, door verticals of section 44.45mmx44.45mmx2.00mm thick and lock rail of section 85.00mmx44.45mmx2.00mm thick with aluminium anodized chowkats of section 63.50mmx33.10mmx2.50mm thick including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, snap beading, screws, handle and brass mortice lock 4 lever etc. fitted with 12mm thick pre laminated particle board, interior grade pre laminated with decorative face laminations both sides on bottom panel and 5.5 mm thick clear / frosted glass as required on top panel complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing anodised aluminium door shutters, any type after repair, tightening screws with necessary joining cleats and fixing with proper alignment for easy/ smooth movement in same opening or other opening ,complete all as specified and directed.Note:Necessary glass with with rubber packing,particle board panelwith anidised beading and builders hardware shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F powder coated anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings and 4.0 mm thick clear / frosted glass as required complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 5.50 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with rubber packing in aluminium door/window frame in square exc 0.5 Sqm in each pane including, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25mm thick aluminum alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover, governing pivot made of brass, other parts of mild steel heavy duty and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair mortice lock, brass, 4 levers type, size 100mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair aluminium Die cast body Door closer hydraulically regulated, designation No. 3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000 mm in width and of weight between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and as directed

S&F PVC door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (stile) consisting of frame made out of MS tube for top and bottom rails, MS frames shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stills and plain colour PVC sheet top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail, paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/ scaled to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC Sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement as per drawings and specifications as catered in SSR Part – II 2004 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 14 here-in before but wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauge shall be wrapped on an additional aquare 8mm MS solid tube and this tube shall be welded to MS tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made single extruded WPC (Wood polymer composite) solid door frame 125mmx65mm (moulded) double rebated, made from wood polymer composite ( single extruded process) material comprising of virgin PVC polymer of K Value 57-60(suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibre (wood powder/rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100gms) fabricated with miter joints after applying PVC solvent cement and screwed with full body threaded star headed SS screws having minimum frame density of 750 kg/ cum, screw withdrawl strength of 2200N (face) & 1100N (edge), minimum compressive strength of 58 N/mm2,modules of elasticity 900 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water / moisture proof and fire retardant and fixed in position with MS hold fast/ lugs/SS dash fasteners of required dia and length complete as per direction of Engr-in charge. Note:WPC solid door frames minum 5mm tolerance in dimension i.e. depth and width of profile shall be acceptable but variation on plus side shall be acceptable but no extra cost on this account shall be allowed.

S&F factory made 35mm thick single extruded WPC(wood polymer composite) solid plain coloured flush shutter of required size comprising of vergin polymer of K value 58-60 (suspension grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibre (wood powder/rice husk/ wheat husk) and non toxic additives(maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650kg/cum and screw withdrawl strength of 1800 N (face) & 900N (edge), minimum compressive strength 50N /mm 2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of class A category with property of being termite/ borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk SS screw, all as per direction of Engr-in charge.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix stainless steel butt hinges, 100mm size complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix Aluminium anodized barrel tower bolts of extruded section, 150 mm long all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Aluminium handles, cast type, anodized, 150mm size all as specified and directed.

S&Faluminium alloy, anodised, sliding door bolt 300mm with hasp, staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or exreuded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast-aluminium alloy and fixed, complete all as specified and directed.
