Material and labour for dry sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. Note: Measurement shall be taken only after punning down sand cushioning all as specifed in clause 19.75 of MES SSR part-I .
